The cream every single morning I get a coffee taste like it’s rotten as well as their point system never works properly and then they never take the customers initiative. It’s always the workers right they need to start figuring out their shit there better as well as I went inside to get a large coffee, they gave me a large steep tea and another time. I went in there to get a bagel and waited nearly almost 25 minutes for a buttered raisin bagel.

Very clean place, recently renovated it seems. Clean bathrooms. Staff was friendly and patient. Food & coffee was good. Parking lot is a drive through, can't park with a very long trailer, but plenty of room on adjacent street

Today is Sunday August 3, 2025. This afternoon, I took a scenic drive from Calgary to visit the charming town of Sundre. Before heading back, I stopped at the local Tim Hortons to grab a coffee and enjoy a peaceful moment inside the store. It was a simple pleasure—but it turned into something much more meaningful.
When I returned to my car, it wouldn’t start. After trying everything I could, I had no choice but to call a towing service. Unfortunately, it was already around 9:45 PM, and the towing company couldn’t give me a clear time for when someone would arrive. I had to return to Calgary that night, so waiting wasn’t an option.
Feeling stuck and unsure what to do, I approached two kind ladies—Jas and EDZ—who were working at Tim Hortons. Not only did they listen patiently, but they offered their help without hesitation. I gave them my car key so they could pass it on to the towing service when the driver arrived.
Their kindness went beyond good customer service—it was genuine, human compassion at a time I needed it most. I’m deeply grateful to Jas and EDZ, not just for the warm coffee, but for their even warmer hearts.
Thank you both—you turned a stressful situation into a reminder of how thoughtful and generous people can be.

Me and my grandmother ordered turkey bacon sandwich. Waited almost 20 minutes, they said they are making fresh bacon. Bacon was cold when we got the sandwich, did not taste fresh. Me and my grandma had stomach problems all night afterwards, staff had very unpleasant attitude... Very unpleasant experience. Tim Hortons has degraded in service quality across the board, mostly due to horrible staff.

Stopped in to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Went to use the restroom to find one of the two closed for cleaning and the other one occupied. Waited almost 10 min before knocking on the door to have a young lady partially open yhe door to inform me she needs toilet paper. I go the the front counter and tried to explain the the Tim Hortons employee that there is a girl stuck in the restroom needing toilet paper. All I got was a very rude response and her back turned to me. This is not the first time I've experienced rude staff at this location.

I order the same thing everyday and I dont find it to be that hard of an order especially since it cost $5. I order an ice coffee with less cream and less sugar and a shot of espresso. Two days in a row now I have gotten just a normal iced coffee. Full sugar and full cream and no espresso which I pay for. This Tim's used to be the best especially since the mcdonalds beside it usually takes twice as long with no customer but lately it's gone down hill which is really upsetting.

Ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches, got down the road and all there was on them was very tough beef and cheddar. Normally there's lettuce, tomato etc and the beef is edible. Nearly $16 for shit!
