The lady with a short hair messed up my order and they didnt even asked if we need the receipt. Considering it wasnt busy at all she still had my order incorrect. Not sure if she is a supervisor or what she needs to be demoted or evaluated. She seems like in a hurry.

Gave me a cup of esspresso someone left over “Cold esspresso” lol I received a cold espresso that was made by mistake. This is why I hate Tim Hortons haha

The worse experience in Sundre Timmies. Oct 23/24 . After 2 pm .almost a hour to get 4 sandwiches and 2 ice caps . Waited 20 mins . Then food came out , took it to wrong vehicle. The people in vehicle touch all the food. No idea if their hands are clean or wait they had been doing . They took it back in restaurant . Different person brought out same food . I asked for fresh clean food . At this point still no drinks . They took it back in made new food . Finally got our ice drinks . We were on our way out of town . That's crazy almost a hour to get out order RIGHT!!!! So much confusion . Who is managing this Restaurant . Maybe someone should be there to Keep an eye on employee!!!!

One of the better Tim Hortons in the area for quality and consistency of food and drinks. Staff is always friendly even in rush hours
The slower service and confusion over orders can happen and is to be expected in fast food these days.
But what really gets me about this location is how incredibly unfriendly they are. Very rude. I've seen them 'toss' peoples food onto the pickup counter many many times. Don't bother calling out what it is. Try to ignore customers if not taking their order. Very unfriendly and seemingly perpetually annoyed with customers, even at the till.
Not a nice place to go for a some cozy morning vibes, that's for sure.

Once again, pay and don’t receive. Wish there was another Tims to choose from. Ordered 2 bacon and sausage English muffin, no bacon. Second time that I’ve ordered that and had no bacon. I ordered a croissant with nothing but bacon, got home and it had no bacon but stead filled with butter. Guess I will go next door to the macdonalds since they only mess up 50% of the time instead of every time.
