2nd time at this location and it is consistently great. It’s a an exceptionally clean fast food restaurant. Inside, outside, bathrooms excellent as it should be.
I had a bite of my wife’s buddy chicken burger and just amazed at the great flavor and the quality of the bun. Best onion rings and great teen burger with fresh ingredients like I made it a home.

A and W Sylan Lake. Worst experience, food and attitude from staff I have EVER experienced in an A and W in my life .
Good was stale / fries recoiled multiple times it would seem
Asking for ketchup appeared to be akin to requesting rights to the till. Perhaps a customer service and cooking course and would enhance the experience
While I appreciate the staff may be learning new roles in Canada I have never ! Felt so unwelcome in an A and W franchise .
Will not be returning .

Nothing like grabbing a fresh burger from the sylvan lake anw with great customer service and even better root beer I highly recommend going and trying the new 56 burger wow so good

Me and my wife including six of our friends when to this location for breakfast after checked out from hotel, the place is okay we arrived there nobody assisted us so fixed and clean the chairs and tables for us. We ordered our foods but since the order taker not reviewed our order 2 orders was missing upon serving, the worse part was our buns was burned including the other costumers .It was clear that the one who make our food didn't care about our food. I believe this is about the manager who is on duty that time not doing her duty handling and training the staff properly.
