The food was good (minus the hair in my wings, that got brought up to the waitress and some how I still paid full price for them), the waitress was friendly and attentive. Music was loud for a random Sunday with 2 tables.

Picture this: the owner, drunk and belligerent, assaults customers — gets called out — then pulls the classic “I’m the real victim” routine. She even sued the town for holding her accountable… and flopped spectacularly. And yet, somehow, she still clings to her seat on council like it's a barstool at last call.
The food? Mid. The service? Rude enough to make you nostalgic for the DMV. But if you’re into public meltdowns, legal drama, and bathroom stalls that look like they’ve been powder-coated with regret, this place is chef’s kiss.
Why does anyone support this trainwreck? It’s a disgrace to an otherwise proud and beautiful town.

Saturday night, Sylvan Lake Lakeshore Drive, lots of people. Three of us went to Bukz at 8:30 for dinner. Lots of empty tables inside and out. We were met at the door and quite firmly told we could not come in and eat, but to go away and come back later, at least half an hour. No suggestion that we sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited. Not sure what was going on. Went somewhere else for steak dinners. No rush to go back.
Great food, great service. Very close to the beach, minors are allowed.
