Stopped in for a pint and a small bite to eat on our girls weekend away. The daytime waitress was phenomenal. She gave us speedy, friendly service and made us feel right at home. The pub was small and pretty busy when we arrived but we had no problem finding a seat. It had a very cozy laid back vibe. The owner even came over to say hi and brang us a round of shots. Was the best experience we had eating out in Sylvan. Highly recommend.

Staff was the best !! Bartender was the best shout out to Danny very personable and engaging ! 99%of the local patronage We’re super friendly and easy to talk to only had an issue with one percent not enjoyable didn’t like locals. I’m not gonna hold this restaurant for the one percent. I would go back there. Absolutely thank you Danny for making my evening so enjoyable.

After passing few restaurants on the Lakeshore Drive, looking for fish and chips, we decided to stop at this place. We were greeted by lovely Charlene J. at the bar, and we were seated outside. Since we knew what we wanted, food was ordered right away. We got our Sol cervezas with the lime 🍋🟩 wedge. My first time drinking this light beer, and it’s absolutely delicious! Fish and chips order came as well fried calamari with tasty sauce tartare. Excellent choice of music 🎶 Oldies all day long! If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and enjoy the atmosphere with the good music, great food and amazing views of the lake.
If I could give 0 stars for service I would. My friends found hair in both their Caesar salads and the server was not phased at all. We were there Monday between 6-7pm. Hair in food is digusting in itself but not caring about the hair is awful. I would NOT recommend coming here unless you like the taste of hair in your teeth and rude servers who don’t care that you have hair in your food.
