I ordered some chicken strips like I always do, went to the ketchup pump and when I sat down to eat there where literal maggots in it… I was utterly disgusted and in disbelief, will never be supporting dq again.

Literally can’t even make a sandwich. The women here are more concerned about chatting with each other than doing their jobs. Charge me $22 for a sandwich that is not only grossly over cooked but can’t even assemble it in a decent manor, there was no one in line!!! What was the hurry!? What a joke and a rip off these employees are, they do not deserve to work in this town or any for that manor. $22 in the garbage can. Do not go to this restaurant. Reading the rest of your reviews shows this company does nothing to address an issue. They’re knowingly allowing this carry on. Time to stand up against arrogant, careless people and rid them of our society including businesses like this. They are doing nothing but hurting our economy. Enough is enough.

What can I say about this place i love it. ( mostly because I used to work there as a kid lol) still the best one out there. Always clean staff make the food right and family run ( the owners are some of my favorite people in town)

Great to see Canadian teenagers working in fast food. Looks like DQ Sylvan Lake isn’t abusing foreign worker visas and taking grants from the Liberals for new immigrants vs hire canadian teens like Canada has always done in the past. I will be back to support this business for sure.

I’ve been there twice now once through the drive thru and the other I went in. Both times were not good! The drive thru took 20 minutes and they put my order on a different cars order so they had to take my order again at the window, when I finally got my order one blizzard was over flowing the other was less than normal. When I went in I didn’t even get to order. I waited 5 min standing at the till no one in front of me watching 3 people make 2 items. I was not once acknowledged yet they kept staring at me from behind the counter I ended up having to leave and I will not be returning to this location.

Was busy but got through pretty quick and food was good.
We spent a good amount of money in the drive thru tonight and was VERY disappointed in the quality of our sundae. When we brought it up with the staff we were matched with attitude and no help for a solution. Staff tonight put some effort in to your product next time.

The girls work hard here keeping up with the summer rush ! Never had any issues always satisfied. Just be prepared to wait sometimes as it gets very busy!

I was from out of town popped into Sylvan Lake Dairy Queen thinking I would take my daughter a peanut buster parfait. First I had ordered two of them they tried to charge me for three, the young lady at the window was almost getting mad at me because I was arguing with the price. Secondly by the time I got my peanut butter face the whole top part was completely melted, the young lady tried to say its because of the hot fudge, when in fact they were probably sitting on the counter for quite some time possibly someone else's order. This is the picture I took of the ice cream before I even left the drive-thru Lane, they were very melted. A VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT!!
