Dixie Lee Fried Chicken | Best Fast Food Restaurant

This place is awesome! My husband eat's fried chicken all over the south. This is great chicken!

Great service, really friendly staff member. Fries were delicious but the chicken was a massive let down. Over cooked and then some, very rubbery/chewy.

Had one of the larger chicken meals(12 piece Maximum) and it was said to be fresh, the white meat was dry and we had lots of wings. 7-11 does a better job. $80 to feed 4 adults and one child. Leftovers weren’t worth anything the next day.

Chicken was ok but way over priced. 20 buck for 4 pieces of chicken, no fries just chicken, one beast one thigh one drum and one wing. I’ll stick with Mary

The cost for 12 pieces of chicken, fries and gravy was over $60!!!! The chicken was good, but $60 is way too much. The dozen consisted of four legs, four wings, two breasts and two thighs. The gravy was a mix that tasted like it came from KFC, but the chicken and fries were hot.We have been wanting to check out Dixie Lee for a couple of months, but we really enjoy Co-op fried chicken. If you are looking for amazing chicken, big pieces, and less than $40 for 18 pieces, go to Co-op. Times are tough, and unfortunately we won’t go back to Dixie Lee.

I ordered the 5 chicken strips and they were all good. Lightly breaded although on the smaller side, but tender like the fillets. A little on the pricey side ($13) but what isn’t nowadays.

Unfortunately my food was flavorless. The sauces were gross. 56$ for 2 wraps ,a small popcorn chicken & some wings. Very disappointed.

I’ve eaten here and it was really good. However you cannot order simply by phone, and the “app” you are forced to download doesn’t work at ALL. I really suggest opening up your phone lines and you’ll be busier. You’re losing business because the process doesn’t work and it’s frustrating at best.

Great fried chicken. Been awhile since I ate fried chicken that wasn’t full of grease. Most fried chicken gives me heart burn but not this time. Crispy and delicious. Don’t pass on the fries. They are above average size with a seasoned coating that tasted good.

my husband and I went here for the first time. The service was very very good! I got the 2 piece chicken meal, and my husband got the hot chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The chicken was flavourful, tender and juicy. probably best i’ve had in a long time. It’s not often a person finds a place with both very good food and service. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.
