I placed my order and staff was friendly and then right after they talked in there own language and directing there attention towards me being disrespectful and unprofessional this is very disturbing and shouldn’t happen in a professional establishment!

Does this location close at 9... or 10 minutes to 9? Like seriously! 9 pm is 9 pm... and you're open until 9 and serving until 9! Unreal!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order from this Edo Japan location. I placed a large order for my entire family and explicitly noted that I would need utensils. When the food arrived, there were NO utensils in the box. How are we supposed to eat without forks or any utensils at all? This is completely unacceptable. This kind of negligence ruins the whole dining experience and is not something I expect from a restaurant. Do better!

I honestly can't believe how bad my time was at this edo. They are usually amazing and iv always loved their cooking and staff. This time though my order was given to the wrong people, all of our noodle bowls had no sauce after having them check our order after they had made so many mistakes, and all of this took over a half hour. I really hope they get their act together because I really do enjoy their food, but I can't defend a total screw up three times in a row.

Eaten here plenty of times. But got food poisoning from my Chicken Teriyaki bowl. Ugh.

Have eaten at Edo many times but never at this location. Food is always good and fresh. The service at this particular location was hands down the best I have ever had at any Edo. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and even thanked me as I was leaving. Keep up the superb ? job!!!

I am a customer of Edo Japan in several different locations and cities. I enjoyed the menu they offer and the food is always of quality taste presentation. I always take out. I have never eaten inside any of their facilities I prefer to take it home where we eat together. The service has always been excellent and in most locations the staff are beginning to know me.
