Ordered Korean BBQ was inedible Too salty They left the plate in the table then tried to charge me for the pieces of chicken I had eaten prior to tasting the bulgogi and pork.
My gf had the bulgogi burger which was subpar at best. We both got sick from all the msg. The meals should have been comped or we should been offered a complimentary meal to get us back in the door, but that did not happen. We will never go there again.
The server was great though.

It’s become a tradition in our family that we meet here for breakfast as we leave Sylvan Lake. We have been multiple times and can recommend. The food quality is good and there is much choice. If I recall correctly, you can eat lunch meals at breakfast if you wish. My last visit I had bacon, sausage, egg, hashbrowns add toast - all well cooked and very tasty. The only drawback is the small amount of on-site parking. They are on road spots nearby, but these can go quickly on good weather days as they are also used for lake access. It is easy to find as it is on Highway 11a at the eastern end of the lake by the railroad and a few hundred metres from the intersection with Highway 20.

Our family went to Lokal this morning and we were more than pleased with the entire experience. The staff were so kind and genuine, on top of being efficient with their service. The food exceeded our expectations; everything was freshly made, and the portions were generous. We will definitely be returning to try their lunch and dinner menu. Highly, highly recommended!
