Showed up at 11:55am 5 minutes early and waited for them to open up at noon. Checked the door at noon and it was still dark inside. Called the business and knocked a couple times. I waited another 5 minutes then decided to leave if I wanted to make it back to Red Deer on time from my lunch break. I'm disappointed I didn't get to order my fav bubble tea as I only stop by whenever I'm in Sylvan. This place has great teas, but I'm sad I didn't get to have any today. Someone should be there to open the doors when the business sign says they open, or change the hours to when staff can make it in.

The tapioca has been overcooked multiple visits to the point it clogs the straw multiple times, I order the same drink every time I go and it varies a lot.

My family and I went there to check them out. We heard about them on Tiktok. We loved their bubble teas. The ube macapuno is straight fire! I had the brown sugar bubble tea and it was also amazing. Friendly staff and very chill vibes of the place.

Wonderful customer service, they’re always so nice and answer your questions you might have of their menu. As for their drinks, they’re absolutely delicious!! A must when visiting sylvan or if you’re craving bubble tea.

Poor taste in multiple flavours I had during my 2 visits. Owners/employees very unfriendly. Owner/employee took my order then accused me of harassing his wife during a previous visit so I left on my third visit. Strange way to do business. I would not recommend unless prepared to deal with very strange behaviour
