A female, new Canandian employee walked out of the bathroom stall and did not even think about washing her hands, it didn’t even cross her mind. I was waiting with my toddler outside the stall, she flushes, opens the door and walks out of the bathroom. Completely oblivious to the fact she’s in uniform and she’s so dirty that soap and water are not even in her thought process. Disgusting!!!

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through to get home and eat my cold supper that doesn't even have a hamburger patty on my single cheeseburger meal. Very disappointed, do better!!

I've been dining at this location for years and recently it has gone incredibly down hill. The orders are never correct, missing the toppings or items, and sometimes a completely different order. I understand people are human and accidents happen but this is nearly every time. No one there cares. Save your money and drive somewhere else.

Very disappointed with service of your manager his name was “CHESTER” i waited forever just to place the order. A very simple order. I keep on asking about any deals ongoing but this employee who call himself a manager He needs more training. My request to McDonald’s at Sylvan Lake is please train your staff first and then promote them as a Managers. I had a really bad day after this so annoyed.

In the last few months, since the new ownership this location has gone downhill drastically. Very hard to understand the drive thru and many times, our order has been completly wrong. This use to be our favorite place for coffee, but not any more

Have been there twice in the last month first time cheese burger was forgotten. Then went tonight and ordered a kids happy meal instead got a cheese burger with habanero sauce and large ice tea. So sick of certain people not speaking English. Come to Canada speak English and do your job properly or give it to someone who will do it properly

I went into order my take out which was two cups of coffee and from the time I ordered it took 10 minutes to bring me two cups of coffee to go, this customer service is unacceptable!

Always dine out here, I've enjoyed McDonald's across Alberta & this place is no different. The reason I can't give a 5 star is because sometimes the buns aren't fresh, sometimes I will get a hard bun, especially with my junior chicken or McDouble. This isn't unique to this McDonald's however it happens often, unfortunately I can't understand why someone would use a hard bun? Use the corporate dime to provide fresh as possible food. Don't undercut bread lol. Other than that, I love the people and service. Keep providing excellent service.

Both my kids got chicken wraps in their happy meals that's so spicy not even a grown up could eat it. Why on earth would ypu give a child a spicy wrap??? very disappointed, I had to give them something else to eat, not any of us could eat it.

Two consecutive weeks eating here. First week I got a big mac with half the beef missing, second week I had a burger with a bun that I could have cut someone with as it was that hard, burger was dried out and tasteless... This place has majorly gone down hill. Not sure what the issue is, but changes are needed.
And to update, I came in for my last time with the kids...as others have echoed, they almost always get the order wrong, service is slow as heck...food has no taste. Save your money and go elsewhere.
