Over 30 minutes to get 2 hot dogs and 2 french fries even having only one person before me to order. Asked to taste a flavour of ice cream as my wife would come after ang get one for me one for her got asked by the receipt and with a terrible mood the lady said they cant let me taste it without a receipt. I just bought 4 items. Another never come back place.

At first it seemed to me that the place was very dirty, but then I realized that it was just old. I don’t know if it’s a trick of this cafe or just no one wants to invest money. In fact, there is a very large selection of ice cream and cones for them. Some ice cream didn’t look very natural with a lot of dyes, I don’t eat it and got myself a different taste.The ice cream doesn’t taste bad. The staff was busy and I won’t say that they are friendly. But I can understand it because there were a lot of people. They work fast.For 2 cones and 4ball of ice cream, it cost us $21.

Not one person scooping ice cream spoke proper English. $44 for 5 ice creams. And they didn’t get our order right. The place was also very dirty and had stock shelves in the dinning room. We will not be going back.

I’ve been a loyal customer who genuinely loves More Moo’s ice cream, but I was really disappointed to discover a large number of used ice cream containers tossed out behind the shop... clean, stackable, and clearly reusable or recyclable. I reached out privately with a photo, hoping to ask if there was a recycling or reuse program in place, but never received a reply.
In a time when environmental responsibility matters more than ever, it’s disheartening to see such waste from a local business, and even more so to be ignored when trying to raise the issue respectfully. I really hope More Moo considers adopting more sustainable practices and starts treating community concerns with the care they deserve.

Food is great, really like the burgers and ice cream. The prices are reasonable for the location right across from the beach during tourist season.
The location is literally right across the street from the beach, so there are nice views. But since there are lots of tourists here, it can be an utter gong show during the times everyone wants a snack. I can see this place being crazy during weekends in the summer. Definitely try it when the crowds die down a bit and there is a bit of sanity for the workers.
