I came to Google Reviews for this Panago location. Hearing that they have racism issues, poor customer service, and the food is subpar, I will now redirect to another restaurant. Crazy how the restaurants around Sylvan that are fast food are all run below par of all other similar chained restaurants, across the board.

Been a customer since 2005,always seemed a little light on toppings, so I want what I like so Been ordering x tra toppings, price went 32 to 34 for a large chicken club within 2 years maybe little less ,ordered last week now bumped to 37$ and it's still lite,sorry to say I'm done with paragon pizza

Visited this spot and Unfortunately they did not give me the vegan pizza I had ordered and it had cheese on it. Was very gutted as never experienced this with Panago before :(

I love that they have Daiya cheese and several vegan dip options. It would be nice if they had more vegan pizza varieties but with the ability to create your own, it's not a huge deal. It is my go-to place for ordering in, I eat there every couple of weeks. Usually I'm their first customer of the day when I order ? they tell me so when they deliver it. Always friendly and deserve good tips!

Ordered online and I must have over clicked a button. We didn't want cheese but it got made with it. They were super nice and made a new one with out any hassle. They were amazing. Thank you guys so much.

I just Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and it was barely cooked. There was no cheese and the pizza had no flavour. We reheated in the oven at home and choked it down as we were hungry. I would not go there you will be disappointed!

Ordered a garlic bread with jalapeños dip and it was delicious. The order was prepared quickly and when we took out, the bread remained soft throughout. A great place for quick takeout when in Sylvan lake. Will visited again
