I didn't realize they closed at 12 so I placed an order about ten minutes before. Instead of cancelling the order they set everything back up despite the fact that they'd need to clean everything all over again just to make my order. Very considerate and wonderful people! :)

papa johns is easily my favourite pizza place, the cheesesticks are amazing too. the staff makes it my favourite fast food place to go to, they’re always so friendly and welcoming. i’ve been coming here for the past three years i have yet to have a bad experience, especially with the staff. i cannot even describe how amazing and friendly they are, i love coming in and being able to talk with them. they get orders done fast as well! no complaints ever, all employees there deserve a raise!! the lady and man working tonight were great! shoutout to them

I saw many many people walking around with papa johns boxes,so I did try it as well and it was AMAZING,guy who took my order was very nice and friendly had a really nice talk with him while waiting for my order. they made 3 pizzas in about 20 minutes and I bet they was busy as of long weekend sylvan was packed,still they managed it GOOD JOB ! pizzas was fresh and tasty one of the best that I ever tried to be honest didn’t expect to be Papa Johns that good! and again service is UNBELIEVABLE!
It was my third visit,and all three of them was awesome! I rarely give reviews but this place is perfect,it must be pretty popular in the town,I recently moved to sylvan and now this’s my place to go

Very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. My order took way too long to be ready, and it was obvious they were understaffed. The person taking orders was also making dough in between, which made the whole process even slower. The food quality was just as bad—my donair pizza was basically just bread with a pile of cheese and tomato

The atmosphere in this place is really friendly, stuff making sure that pizza were made with love and also as fast as they can making sure of the pizza quality. I really enjoyed talking to stuff while ordering and waiting, I got my pizza really fast, it was hot and fresh and also was a lot of condiments in my pizza!!!!
