After not ordering from this Pizza Hut for some time due to poor service, we thought we would try it again tonight. Nothing has changed. Pizza was 35 minutes later than their website advertised and the pizza was cold. We will go back to their competition who has yet to disappoint.

Tastes good. Make sure to order extra sauce because they don’t put enough. Pizza either had burnt or no cheese in the middle. Slices were not cut through the crust and made it hard to eat. Previously i have had a bad pizza that doesn’t remotely taste like pizza hut.

Best pizza place around Sylvan Lake Area. Had fun experiencing 5-pin bowling for the first time. Naren was an absolute amazing lad helping us out.

This is a Pizza Hut Express, it does not have the usual dine in, but it does have a Bowling Alley. The people are very nice. The girl there opened late once, and then some one came along and made a bad review. They do not close early or open late, that is simply untrue. They only ask that you make your order a half hour before closing time. I think it's one of the best places in town, and it has the most friendly people. If you want to go down the street, I doubt the pizza is as good. What a great place!

This pizza hut is not operated very well. Often times they will open late or close early, hard to understand, and wrong orders delivered. There are many other great pizza places in sylvan lake that are locally owned and operated, just go down the street.

When I ordered the food, the prices of all the food was not what the posters advertise. And then when I said well that doesn’t make sense. I’d like a refund they said if they did that the store owner takes it out of the staffs pay!!
This is completely unfair to immigrants and should probably be investigated.
