This is a Pizza Hut Express, it does not have the usual dine in, but it does have a Bowling Alley. The people are very nice. The girl there opened late once, and then some one came along and made a bad review. They do not close early or open late, that is simply untrue. They only ask that you make your order a half hour before closing time. I think it's one of the best places in town, and it has the most friendly people. If you want to go down the street, I doubt the pizza is as good. What a great place!

This pizza hut is not operated very well. Often times they will open late or close early, hard to understand, and wrong orders delivered. There are many other great pizza places in sylvan lake that are locally owned and operated, just go down the street.

When I ordered the food, the prices of all the food was not what the posters advertise. And then when I said well that doesn’t make sense. I’d like a refund they said if they did that the store owner takes it out of the staffs pay!!
This is completely unfair to immigrants and should probably be investigated.

Terrible food, even worse customer service.We had some skip credits so we decided on pizza hut.We placed our order at 6pm, the eta was between 6:35-7:05pm. That’s fine, i understand they could be busy.So we’re checking the app, patiently waiting for any update.bare in mind, because they manage their own delivery there’s no way to track via the skip the dishes app.Fast forward to 7:04pm and the app finally says our food has been delivered. ( our skip instructions say to leave the food in the lobby ).great, hubby rushes down to get our food.annnnd of course, it’s cold. not just your usual cold though. Our breadsticks are like literal cardboard, our chicken is soggy. it doesn’t even look edible at this point.so we decide to call them and explain the situation. the manager proceeds to “look into things”.he tells me that our food was delivered at 6:15.so that means our food sat in our apartment lobby for 45 minutes until whatever doorknob managing their skip account finally hit “delivered”.the manager really tried to blame the mishap it on my skip instructions too lol.leaving the food in the lobby has nothing to do with the fact that nobody marked the food as delivered on their end.
