The girl who was working today ,,, may be your employer dont pay you for working there but i paid for my food , as i entered her expression was like why customer came in ,, or may be she have some problem with my race being brown because she being brown got canadian fever and dont like brown any more. after looking at reviews, i really dont wanna come, but most of the other shops were closed today due to the national holiday. Next time, i will fully avoid this place , staff here need some training in customer service

Terrible. The girl making our sandwiches immediately grabbed white bread and loading random meats on the bread instead of asking what type of bread and toppings we wanted. She sneezed several times while making the sandwiches and didn’t wash hands or change gloves. We are hoping that she isn’t ill while sneezing all over the food. Lastly, Our confetti cookies were rock hard and crunchy, which was a disappointment because Subway usually makes soft cookies. We’ve never tried confetti cookies, so maybe they’re supposed to be crisp crunchy cookies, in either case we won’t get that kind again and won’t return to the lakeshore drive Subway

Took me forever to actually eat my food after it was made. Customer and worker in front of us were fighting over prices. Should've just walked out. No point eating a toasted sandwich if it gets chewy and stale from nasty bickering.

Closed at 7.30 when the timing om the front door says 8PM. Probably closed sooner, we arrived at 7.30. Apparently, it is locally owned but the service doesn't reflect that.
The woman who works here is so rude. Will not go back again as long as she is employed there. She yelled at an elderly woman for the drink machine not working. She rolled her eyes at my daughter for asking for more lettuce. Awful.
