This subway is one of the worst subways around. My daughter doesn't like vegetables. All she eats is bread , mayo, and cheese. So we get charged for a veggie sub. This subway won't give any vegetables on the side because the owner feels that they are giving a sub and a salad. the vegetables that should be on the sub are not given. It's not right. We will not be going back ever.

Very unwelcoming staff, unfriendly and barely understood English subs were made very poorly and very little meat etc, and just a very poor experience. Very disappointing from a subway that has been good for years

Crazy busy and only 1 lady trying to keep up. Huge beastly woman just standing at till, looked like sauce
running down her chin. I said you don't help, she said nope everybody has thier job. Absolutely ridiculous.

In 20 plus yrs of going to subway tonight's performance was the breaking point. Ordered a foot long amd everything was piled in the mind 4 inch from meat to sauce. 3 people in front of me also left there sub ans walked out as he argued. Nothing was wrong and wouldn't fix it.

they’re very unorganized and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. the staff they had back in the summer of 2023 was amazing, really nice, and very efficient, they knew what they were doing and how to do it, they also knew how to engage with their customers. but i haven’t seen any of those staff since. it seems they have a whole new line of different staff that doesn’t have the same spark. the times i’ve been in there these past 4 months they have managed to mess up my order every time. and make the whole thing very awkward with constantly asking customers to repeat themselves. they work very slow. the food just doesn’t taste as good.

I ordered s green godass sub , in yhe menue it says avocado on it , when I got it home it had NO AVACODO on the sub sandwich, when I called to ask why there is no avocado, they informed me you have to ask for it , now why would I have to ask for avocado when I ordered the green godass what clearly states it's got it on it , that's specifically why I ordered that sub !!Make no sense!Thank you snywats Subway !Next time a person orders a specific sub that says it's got certain topings on it , but yet you have to ask for it, you should let a customer know this! That although the menue says it's included ,,,it really isn't

Sorry guys but a change table is like $100. One of my biggest pet peeves with the whole world we live in is restaurants not putting a change table in the men’s bathroom, but putting one in the woman’s bathroom, as if mothers were the only ones that change diapers. But, even worse, they don’t have one in either bathroom here!!! I had to change my poor babies diaper o the floor. This is so out of touch. I would change my review with a pic of change tables installed. Cheers.

Huge shout out to Jordan at the sylvan lake 47th ave location. Usually when I go in there and it’s busy it’s a 20 minute visit because of how busy online and in store orders are. I just witnessed this hard working and devoted employee put together 10 in store and online orders in less then 10 minutes, incredible would be an understatement! He has a wonderful personality and top notch customer service even when under pressure and I just wanted to acknowledge him for that. Thank you for your service today Jordan!
