This place is a disaster. These people do not try at all. Always out of food or their food is rotten. Never have bread cooked. Smells terrible in there for a subway. Would not recommend at all. Another business going down hill in sylvan lake. Sad as subway used to be good and now these people just come in destroy good business with their terrible practices.

Not the first time I’ve been there they don’t have many toppings or not any, but they don’t have many toppings no lettuce and lots of other toppings not available. I’ve gone really downhill. Maybe they can’t afford toppings if they run out there is a Sobeys right in the same parking lot they could pick them up

Been there 3 times latley. Such a waste of time everytime. Kept trying to give them a chance. The first 2 times I walked out. I ordered what they had the last time but it was gross. I will never be back there. They haven't had anything people want to order. Why even be open?

I have been going to this Subway since it opened probably 10 years ago. The service was consistently great until recently.

Today I had basic sub and the gentleman making my sub was stingy with the toppings and had to ask him a couple times to add more for the proper amount - almost half of my sub had no toppings as they were inconsistently laid out.

I have never ever had to ask a Subway employee anywhere in Canada to add the proper amount of toppings on a sub before until today.

Then when it came to apply sauces he just drowned my sub with 4 passes of each. Usually it’s about two passes per sauce - and you get asked if you want more or salt and pepper. None of that today…he just drowned it.

In addition, from start to finish and paying he barely spoke English and wasn’t very friendly at all.

Reading the previous comments I also experienced coming in to this location in the evening craving a certain sandwich and being told they are out of meat or toppings for subs I wanted.

I haven’t seen a local Sylvan Lake resident work this location in recent years unfortunately either…

I found the service was far better when it was local Sylvan Lake residents who grew up in the community such as motivated high school kids, college students, entry level young adults and other local staff who would actually be friendly, clear in their communication, joke around with you or each other and even give you service with a smile.

I also noticed that before I always got a paper bag for my sub when it was to go…now since these employee changes I have to ask every time…considering a basic foot long sub costs nearly $12 I could at least get in a bag.

I can honestly say that I have been avoiding this Subway now because of the inconsistent service.

Guess it’s better for my diet and wallet anyway.

on Tuesday and Thursday night there has been alot of products not available for the sub they offer for the last 6months with no explanation for it. so I know I am only one customer but I'm sure there are others that feel the same way. With that I will be moving on to a restaurant that can provide the service and menu that is advertised. One disconnected customer!!!!!

Constantly cancels online orders and when I have gone inside to order, it’s been slow and they are out of most things that are needed for their popular sandwiches. Pretty sad example for a franchise.

Literally are always out of something, weather it be meat, sauce, dried onion, or even bread... I dont understand a sub place not having major toppings, it would be different if it was once an awhile but its every single time ive visited this location.

My wife and I ate at this Subway location two days ago and both suffered severe food poisoning, leaving us ill for 48 hours.. I’m deeply disappointed and won’t return.
