You just don't find top quality sashimi with such generous portions like this. The tempura is as delicious as any I've been lucky enough to enjoy in Japan. Loved the spicy salmon roll and the fried rice. Sushi Hon is a big and welcome surprise. It is definitely one of the top 2 or 3 best restaurants in Sylvan Lake (including Red Deer and area).

I would think this place is outstanding! The food here is amazing with flavour and delicacy. The servers were very welcoming and friendly, with such great customer service and appreciation.
Sashimi - My dad loved it. It was really fresh, and it felt like heaven. With savoury, the flavour flows around in a remarkable taste.
Shoyu Ramen - It was absolutely perfect, it tasted like a high class dish with some sweet taste to go with it!
I would really recommend going to this place!
