This is a hidden gem in Sylvan Lake. I lived in Japan for ten years and can honestly say that this is the best sushi that I have had in Canada. We did take out, so no comments on atmosphere or service. I totally recommend the tempura as well.

Our server Carrie was extra friendly and very patient as we explored the extensive menu. Good food and good service is a winning combination.

Delicious food. Great presentation and great service. I would definitely recommend going to eat here. They have awesome specialty rolls and a big assortment of sashimi. There are so really good vegetarian dishes and mon seafood options for those who do not like most sushi so you can bring someone who isnt a big fish fan and they can still enjoy a lot of dishes
I like ordering way to much sushi from this place to go on when I'm in red deer driving into sylvan usually ready by the time I get there and pick out for the night I think its like a 50 piece that I order

Awesome food and even better service. Must try if you're in Sylvan Lake. We had the hoidopbap (kind of like a korean chirashi). It had all sorts of sashimi chopped in it. I hated some soy sauce to it. Heads up that the portion for this dish will feed 2 to 3 people. For $26 its a massive bargain

i am a very regular customer at this place, the food is always wonderful but latley they haven’t been answering calls for takeout at all. and when i went to go in and order the place was closed. when the hours on the door clearly say they should be open. no sign no nothing indicating they were closed.

Demands Tip. Dont they know its optional. The owner walked to me and had audacity to ask why I didn't tip and explains her waitress will be short with her pay if we don't tip. Who's problem is that? Definitely will stay away for this place. Anyways food is not top notch to demand tips.
