It was so cold we had to wear our coats. We ending leaving and going elsewhere. Not the first time. When we asked to have it put up. But was told the owner had to. I am not coming back a lot of customers left.

I was placing my order inside when I overheard, who I later learned was the manager, Honey , using profanity toward customers in the drive through. I found this quite unsettling. I realize things can get stressful at times, but that kind of behavior is completely unnecessary. I would encourage you to address this. The staff did not appear very happy, and if she speaks to them anything like she speaks to the customers, I can understand why.
Usually stop here for my breakfast. Staff is so friendy. Customer service is fast. Great atmosphere.

horrible customer service. made my drink wrong and was 1/4 empty, then when i called got hung up and had to go through three different people and then was told to come back when i told them i can’t and refused to refund the one drink. photo shows wrong tea bag and how empty drink was!!
