Went inside to order, no one in line. Was not acknowledged or helped for over 10 minutes. Counted 8 cars go thrutge drive thru before anyone looked at us.

The second time in as many months I've walked in, lined up only to have the employee tell me they'd be right with me and disappear. This time I looked at my watch. Waited 10 minutes then left. Won't use this one again. Ill use the Rimbey one up the road.

THE SLOWEST TIM HORTONS LITERALLY EVER.
The last couple times I dared go through the drive thru I waited for 20 minutes and 35 minutes the next time.
Today I thought I would see if going inside was faster, I still was waiting 20 minutes from 6:03 to 6:24. There were a few people in line in front of me and the drive thru looked busy.
Every time I come here I wonder WHY DO I BOTHER!
The only positive thing is I had time to watch the staff working for 20 minutes and the food/drinks were being made with care and not slapped together like some Tim Hortons.
The drinks/donuts are always good too so I guess it's not a total loss.
Just don't go here in the evening if you are in any type of hurry.

The 2 staff that are there are doing the best they can, there was 12 cars in the driveway and a large group waiting inside. All orders for the take out window were flashing red on the screens. The owners/management MUST have more staff on on a weekend night to provide even adequate service. It’s a shame to see such a harsh working environment for unsupported employees.

Hi Mr. honey you need to full fill the responsibility of ur job that is handover to you.

We had the worst experience as the service was terrible. we waited more than half an hour in the drive through bcz of understaff and even employees were unprofessional because they were busy in there talks.

So please if you guys can’t handle this job please give a chance to others.

Slow and unprofessional. We sat and watched our drinks sit there while staff members were talking about personal matters. The line is always long and slow moving because of this. Does anyone care about drive thru times anymore?? Didn’t have what we were looking for and didn’t offer anything else similar or have any patience for saying what they did have. Will avoid, experience has been the same the last bunch of times.

The employees prioritized drive through and mobile orders while people stood in line being ignored. We left after ten minutes and the line had only moved one person ahead. Awful service.
