The coffee is always fresh, even just before closing! Everyone I've interacted with at this Tim's have always been super nice! Raj and the night crew are always great to talk to and have a laugh with!

WHY is this person Honey still employed there? She is the worst employee I have ever encountered at any restaurant. She is RUDE to customers ans have witnessed her treat employees terribly. Will not go back as lomg as she is still working there.

The manager, Honey, is so rude!! She took my order wrong and then blamed me. It was a simple order. She also yelled at me while I had my kids in the car, the kids even commented on how rude she was. I have never seen costumer service so bad there! And that’s who we have training young employees about customer service? This industry is doomed!

Constantly sold out of items. Don’t ever ask for no tomato, clearly they are wasting my time asking as they never give me what I order!!! Recently, I made two separate orders at the same time. Paid for both orders which had coffee in both, only for the employee to ask for one of them back. She told me it wasn’t mine. IT WAS AND I PAID FOR IT!!!
Today was the last straw with patience as scan and pay can’t be used on two separate orders. Then as I leave the window I realize we’re missing items. He apologized.
If they take your order without planning on giving that to you, why bother???! 🤣
This place is going down hill. Don’t bother getting in the drive thru anytime past 11 o’clock as you’ll be waiting. You may as well go in and make your own sandwich 🙄😡
