This was during the summer, they couldn’t even get a drink right. Ordered a chocolate frosty-ccino. It was awful. Didn’t taste like it should have. Unfriendly staff, couldn’t understand what I was saying had to repeat myself multiple times. Rude at the window. Felt like I wasted my money. Don’t go here. Extremely unsanitary just looking through the drive thru window.

Not sure what the deal is, 5 times ordered food and drink with Skip. And every time... no straw for the drink. Is that not a standard item when getting a drink any more?

I was missing an item from a Skip delivery due to it being out of stock, Skip didn’t reply to the restaurants request to substitute it so the order was sent without the item. When I had the time to pick it up, I went over, explained my situation, and they gave me an extra item as well as an equivalent to the missing one! Thank you very much!

Pop machine was out of ice, the pop was flat. They had bowls & box on the serving counter, it looked like they were scrambling & got caught in a rush…maybe it was the drive thru cause the dining room was just myself & a little family. Only thing that got me through that meal was my chili cheese fries, those never let me down.
