The service is top notch, and the food is always good and hot! Makram is amazing, he goes above and beyond for customers. He opened the door for me when they had it locked for closing, and served me hot and fresh food. I will always be a customer here!

Drive through was quick. I used a coupon and they gave me a coupon book in the bag! I will stop there again.
Every time we go to the drive-thru, even when there is no line, we are told to drive around back and wait a few minutes. Every single time it seems they don't have enough things ready. There is nobody behind me and in a fast food drive thru I'm sorry but the expectation is as follows:
1. Place order; 2. Go to window to pay; and, 3. Receive order in a timely manner without needing to circle the building and wait for 5 minutes for 2 combos.
This may seem small and petty but this is THE ONLY A&W that consistently has these issues.
Other than that the service is friendly and the food gets made correctly 3 out of 4 times.
