Try this in a small town....ok I will! This small Chinese Buffet restaurant in Three Hills is a definite try. The food was very good. My wife who is kinda picky especially with Chinese food was hesitant but even she was raving. Each dish and even various items in the dish all had unique taste and texture. It was a flavor experience I haven't had in a long time. It was obvious that they take pride when preparing the food. The building and atmosphere was well kept up for an older building. Tables and setting inside were clean and well kept. The service we got was very good as well. I'd say the only thing was it was a bit hot in the restaurant. I will definitely eat here again and highly recommend ? ? very good job to the people running this small town business.

Definitely the best Chinese takeout in Three Hills. Massive portions and reasonably priced.
Basic Chinese buffet. No Beef, Shrimp, Green Onion cakes, Shanghai Noodles, Ginger Beef and very little vegetable choice. No fruit for dessert. It will fill your belly for $18.99 but had a feed trough vibe with patrons eating plates full of items so bins were empty at most times.

I guess if you want a mediocre buffet for $18.99 then this is your place. One server for the entire restaurant. The Buffet was never filled and remained mostly empty. It consisted of rice, vermicelli noodles, deep fried items and heavily sauced chicken items. No ginger beef and in fact, not one beef item. No shrimp items. No green onion cakes. No vegetable dishes. I guess that keeps people from going back to fill their plates. However, two large groups of families were more than happy to load their plates full of one item which left nothing for other patrons. Nope, we won't be back. .

We love coming here for their buffet! All of the food is delicious and replenished regularly. It's very traditional North American style Chinese food, but that was what we were looking for!The service is friendly and attentive as well.

E & W offers really good-quality Chinese food, especially for a small town. I only tried their dinner buffet, but the food was very fresh and well-cooked. Crispy veggies, meat that is fresh and not greasy at all, perfect fried rice, etc. I'm so surprised by the negative reviews all here. The food runs a bit on the bland side for Chinese food, but this is actually perfect for my palate and that of the locals.
Given that there aren't many competitive restaurants in Three Hills, E&W is quite attractive. It's similar to a normal Chinese restaurant, but the price was good. One thing I was disappointed about was that chicken wings and fried fish were very salty. It's a buffet, but it's too salty to eat a lot. I don't know if this is intended. The other parts are good.Unfortunately, the day before yesterday, they raised the price of all food by at least $1 each.

I like the food it’s very good I would have given all the stars but the lady that answers the phone and takes the orders doesn’t speak English very well and gets confused. She actually hung up on my husband because she didn’t understand him.
