What an amazing time we had at the Moonshine Cafe in Tofield. Amerjeet and his team really made our staff Christmas Party so much fun!!! We started out with the most delicious calamari any of us has ever had and it was accompanied with a tasty spinach dip! Then we moved on to our salads. Our choices were moonshine salad, Caesar or goat cheese & apple. For our entrees we had the choices of steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and all the fixings, chicken parmigiana with orzo, or butter chicken with rice and naan bread. The steaks were cooked to perfection and there was not one complaint about the food! Full of taste and spiced just right! For dessert we had an assortment of tarts and a Black Forest cake. All of it was home made. This was the most amazing party and we were delighted to support local. We will be making this our yearly staff party place for sure! This place is calm, friendly and peaceful. The staff are fluent in celiacs not just gluten allergies but actual celiacs. This restaurant is a gift to those who have celiacs and other dietary issues. They take the time even if they are busy to make sure that you are enjoying yourself and not getting sick.

I Grabbed a late lunch today, and tried there Chicken Club, the days special. It was Delicious!!!!! With a side of crispy fries, they make a great sandwich. My only critique is i found with 3 levels of bread, it was a little much. But absolutely delicious other wise, I cant wait to go back and try more. The front baristra was very sweet and informative about the options and menu availability. Keep up the good work!

Eggs Benny weren't to my taste which is fair enough but service not great. Had to go up to order desert, the carrot cake. It was simply awful and you can't tell me they didn't notice when serving it that it was unedibly dry. It also tasted like it had been on the freezer too long. Cute place and the sandwiches looked good but they should take care to ensure the quality is there.

Had probably one of the best meals in a loonggg time. I ordered the honey garlic ribs and apple goat cheese salad, it was fresh and delectable. As a drink I ordered a strawberry mojito, and the mint comes fresh from their backyard. I am so pleased with the service from the staff, super friendly as always, and Amarjit is so outgoing and friendly.
This is definitely Tofield’s hidden treasure, it is always such a wonderful experience at Moonshine Cafe.

We drove an hour from Edmonton just to have the designer grilled cheese again. So delicious, and the Caesar salad is yummy too. The atmosphere is so cozy, and both times we’ve been, the staff have been so friendly and kind. Highly recommend!!

We stopped there from the camping ground and it was very good. They have good coffee and waffles. I had corn chowder but it was overruled with some herbs. Maybe it will be better to write it down. Overall a very nice place with a friendly waitress and a good atmosphere.
