I had a quick stop at Tim Horton's Tofield because I craved for a hot vanilla latte and a simple sausage english muffin. I was greeted by the staff with warm smile. On top of that, I love how they maintain the freshness of their breakfast products even after the breakfast hour. As simple as the simple sausage muffin, paired with my favorite vanilla latte, can make my day if it is served fresh and hot and with genuine service.

I love the students working the drive through very fun to talk to when getting my coffee. However not a fan of your older Asian lady in the driver through pretty rude and for what ever reason when I get my orders taken from her my food is burnt.

Also the private conversations in another language that one's been pissing me off. It's rude and needs to stop.

The manager at this location was wearing a Zoo York hoodie and loose hair. She sent us to wait for our order out front even though there was no one behind us in the drive thru. She speaks to other employees in a foreign language.

I like the service.
Was really nice and friendly girl, had a little talk about our trip and she made the drinks perfectly, even pretty specific drink.
I also have experience to work in the restaurants like that and should say that your impression will depend on the person who serves you a lot.
Really sorry that did not even ask the name, but we had a hot steap(orange pekoe) tea with ice, ice cup and four more drinks after.

Walked in and stood at till for ten minutes before the women in the back noticed, they were all to busy telling stories In some foreign language . Asked for my food they said another completely different order I corrected them. And still when I get out into my truck and on the road the meals completely wrong, how hard is it to make the correct item after you’ve been told multiple time what to make.

Staff who works at Driving Thru right now at this location with black cloth, no name tag, short hair, and Asian, maybe mid 40s. So rude. She needs to be remove from dring thru. She literally scanned my card three times and did not even explain why without saying sorry. Her face showing as, "move along" If staff and customers have miscommunication, they need to ask not telling what to do. Cuz this is all customer service!

Only complaint is they don't do grilled cheese anymore and that's what my kids wanted. The pizza they have instead is not as good. Overall, typical Tim Hortons. The cashier was patient and helpful as I sorted out our order with 4 kids (ate in).

Parking: Parking is terrible because the long drive through line jams everything up and it's really hard to get in and out of the little Tim Hortons parking lot or even surrounding parking lots.
