There was no care in making my sandwich. Meat was just thrown on, was no separationof the meet. Potato wedgeed were hard and cold.
Oct 21st I still haven't heard back from the owner about this. I connacted support like they posted for me to do, they sent the complaint to the owner. Dead silence.

Every time I order a hot double-double coffee here, they serve it cold. And when I try to talk to them about it, they’re very rude and lack basic customer service manners. And now i am waiting from last 10 minutes for hot coffee . its 22oct,2025 5:10.

If you pay with a gift card make sure they give it back to you! I got half way home and realized she didn't give it back ( It was a brand new card so there was money left on it as this was the first time I had used it). Looked thoroughly through my car, purse and wallet and no gift card. So I turned around and went back and both ladies were telling me there was no gift card there. When I got home my husband also looked through my car and couldn't find it. I know exactly how much was left on the card. It's not a huge amount only $12 but still. I was going to order a dozen donuts for a birthday party but will not be doing that now!

This tims is not worth stopping at. No one was behind me in drive thru. I ordered sausage belt. I had to go wait in front of store. No one came out. I ended up having to go in and get. First world problems I know. But unless your starving I reccomend not going here.

I went to the website that you mentioned but that will not fix the problem. I wrote the review and it's your job to address the problem. You don't seem to understand that the problem is in the restaurant and the problem is the flies in the restaurant and on your food is gross. There's only one way to say it and I just did.
I only had a cup of tea. There was lots of flies in the restaurant. That's typical for hortons so that's why we don't eat there.

Latte machine is consistently broken. I ask for double toasted & do not get it. Staff are very friendly though! I ordered a BLT & it had turkey… BLT is Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato.
