Earlier this morning I stopped by and went through the drive thru for a plain bagel toasted, and a large coffee with two black sugars no cream. Then I hear a Filipino woman speak in Tagalog and as a Filipino myself I found this to be extremely rude. In annoyance she said “ugh, why is this woman ordering so much” after I said my order for the bagel she then proceeds again to speak to her co-worker and ask them “what did she say?” In Tagalog again. So I repeated my order and just went to pay. Maybe she didn’t realize I was also a Filipino, but regardless my ethnicity, I don’t think it’s appropriate to be speaking like that to anyone or saying anything like that. If I didn’t understand her would it be different? As soon as I got to the drive thru i started speaking Tagalog as well and she realized I was also Filipino and completely changed her attitude.Honestly, just be mindful. It was the morning I get it you probably didn’t want to deal with customers so early in the morning who’s asking for “so many things” but it was literally a plain bagel toasted and a large coffee. Nothing complicated.

This Tim Hortons out Hortons the rest of them in Canada!! They listen to your order and complete it as asked. They have managed to spread mayo or cream cheese on the entire bagel / sandwich not just the center holes! They are polite and clean establishment! We will drive out of our way to get our road trip coffees from here!

So I have had some really bad experiences at this Tim Hortons location, and I have just let them go, haven’t said a word, until today, today took the cake on disgusting. So with past experiences, drive through lady is rude, they mess up orders, don’t listen.So let’s get started on today’s experience, which will probably never have me go back there again.To my little girl asked for breakfast, when we were going to meet her mom. I told her yes, but dad is going to go in as they always mess up our orders when we go through the drive through.So I parked a went in, I ordered exactly what my little girl and boy wanted, and I ordered myself a tea. Obviously the tea was ready before the food so she got my tea, and proceeded to help the people behind me, which is fine, except for the fact that they paid cash for there order, so she accepted the money, dug through the change draw, and gave them their change all in the meantime wearing the gloves she just made the food with, afterwards, when she was done with them she went back, didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to make my order, when she handed to me I told her like hell I was accepting that food and for her to remake it with clean gloves on, she gave me some attitude, changed her gloves, and remade the order, if this is what’s going to happen when you’re watching them make your order, can you imagine what’s happening when you go through the drive through and you can’t see them. This is absolutely disgusting, no proper food handling, and completely unacceptable. I don’t think I’ll be ordering food from there again.

This tim Hortons is giving a very bad reputation for all other Tim Hortons. They don't seem to have the ingredients they're supposed to have, orders are never correct, Jesus even subway next door does a better job at making breakfast. Get it together!They asked us to park out front and wait for our food. Then buddy comes out with two orders, clueless of who's is what. At this point two other people have looked at the food in each bag cause he has no idea who's is what. Orders were completely wrong. And you take our money first before giving us our damn food. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD, STAFF DONT CARE.This location needs a new manager, to manage the people and ordering of supplies to make sure they can meet customers needs. And when orders are not properly made, not warm; there's needs to be a follow up other than 'im sorry you had to go through that'. Sorrys don't makeup for every order being messed up and the poor service. The staff also showed zero remorse for their issues.

Waked 6k to get Breakfast, asked for no egg on one wrap as it makes my gf sick, I asked again when they served me if their was no egg on one Maria told me their was no egg. Walked all the way back and they both had egg. I had to walk back to fix it because I'm sick of them messing up my order and hoping we just take it anyway. Maria lied to my face and I walked 18k for 2 Breakfast wraps. What a waste of my time, no refund she just remade the wraps and sent us on our way.

Place is a overall bad, the food bad, bun was burnt hardly put any mayo, over charged, service was outrageous, I asked for a second, like 15 seconds later the lady said time was up, and all the employees started to laugh in the back, came up to the window lady was laughing was impatient, and when I started to drive off the started to laugh again,

The place was filled with flies. I waited for 15 min to get my potato wedges, and they forgot the dipping i asked for. Also i sick after i ate the wedges. Will not recommend this place for anyone.
