My favorite beef jerky and bacon! I highly recommend this place ?Quality and flavor are top-notch!The photo is 1 package of bacon ?on a full size cookie sheet. The aroma in my kitchen is delicious ?Not to mention that when the bacon is fully cooked, there is hardly any fat left on the tray. Keep up the good work, Kastelen!!

We have been using Kastelen Sausage for 30 plus years. The sausage is as labeled, “award winning”. The taste is excellent. Both ham or Ukrainian sausage are our families favourite but the all beef, buffalo and honey maple are great too. There’s excellent bacon that tastes like gramma used to serve. The beef jerky is delicious and kubi burgers so very convenient for summer bbq’s. The butchered meat is double wrapped and butchering excellent. We have had wild meat done also...read full review
