What can a person say about A\u0026W?? You get pretty much what you expect. The service here has been very good every time I dine here. The food has been consistently good and served in a timely manner. One thing I wish would happen is A\u0026W bring back all the monthly coupons that they used to have. My family used to dine here 3 times as much as we do now.

I love Poutine! I travel thru Alberta, BC and Yukon and I hit up the A\\u0026W in Fort McLeod, Valleyview, Dawson Creek and Fort Nelson. I like A\\u0026W and their Poutine and only wish the A\\u0026Ws in the US had this on the menu!!!

I drive truck. I order I leave I drive and eat. This a\\u0026w always messes up my order. How hard is an uncle combo and a pop. Either is the Wong burger, not meat or no cheese or bacon. I'm so done and it was even the manager bagged my meal this time!!! They will not answer the phone and no choice ro leave voice-mail. I wish I couldgice less ?

Very unprofessional, For my beyond meat burger they took 30mins and made the wrong one It’s crazy they didn’t even put any ingredients just gave me a burger with mayo patty and tomato Speechless ?

Went in and there was a blonde girl in braids that greeted me. I tapped my card and she started talking to one of the other workers. I went to head to the washroom and she yelled (very loudly) “your card wasn’t approved” I went back and re tapped, and said “ya my tap does that sometimes” payment went through fine. I went to the washroom, and the only other customer in there told her “hey you shouldn’t scream that, that could be really embarrassing for someone” she told him “well she was just about to leave the store” ….. Firstly that was extremely rude for her to do. I planned on saying my own words about it but she was talking to a coworker while I was back out waiting for my order. The cook had to bring me my order because was laughing in the corner. And secondly why would I come in, order food, pretend to pay, and then walk out?

Stop getting for quick bite to eat before heading back on the road. They were fast and the food was delicious.
I travel through vv all the time and absolutely love A\\u0026W but for the past 6 visits in 4months they haven't had any onion rings, today I sropped in and ordered onion rings and again \\\"sorry sur we don't have any\\\" i jokingly asked if they were ever gonna have them again and she replied \\\"we have them we just haven't made any\\\".

The first comments are in regards to the company, the last comment is in regards to the restaurant. Got the mushroom/mozza burger. Good thing it's limited time only, the sauce was gross. They had no onion rings. Those were in the hands of the company itself, not the restaurant. The fries I got came with no condiments, not was I asked if I wanted any. I will have to assume I must ask for anything other than the actual food. On the plus side, I did get 2 napkins to wipe the gross sauce off my mouth.

Service was slow, it looked like they were understaffed. Burgers came out looking and tasting like they had been sitting awhile. I love A\u0026W, but would not dine here again.

Quality was good and food came fast. Only issue is with the shortage of workers, only the drive-thru was open. For walk-ups, we were told to walk through the drive-thru.
