Use to love coming here, but lately service hasnt been very nice, today one of the ladies was incredibly rude and got our order wrong when we told her that we ordered more she straight up said no and then finally she had someone else come fix her mistake but give us a very angry glare, I've worked in costumer service in past while I understand that sometimes customers can be rude, but we wore nice about it because I understand mistakes happen but if you work in customer service, respect and good services goes along way, then when we left not everything was in the bag we didn't want to go all the way back for it

Extremely disappointed. Visited at 10:40 pm. They close at 11 pm. I was refused to be served with the food from their menu. Their reason, "we close in 20 minutes and the grills are already off. This made me think: 1)why post that they are open yet nothing is.2) i wonder how fresh the food they serve at night? Left overs and expired?

When they're good they're good but when there is an issue they're not very helpful. In the past two years I have made three complaints. That's not to say I've only had three wrong or unsatisfactory experiences, but three that made me believe my money was wasted and I should speak up. The amount of times we've frequented this location in the two years is at least 3x a month.But apparently they're "keeping track" and made it very clear they feel I'm taking advantage of them. Since me getting what I've ordered is not a priority to them I won't be spending my money at this location any longer. DQ is a favourite of mine but I guess now it'll just be a treat for when I'm out of town.

They keep getting our very specific yet easy order wrong. A plain burger means plain idk why their is still condiments or pickles on it smh

If you like microwaved burgers eat here. Seriously the gas station next door has better food. Watched from the drive through window the employees microwave/“cook” my burger and the other employee drop two of my onion rings on the floor accidentally and put them back in the box and served them to me. Absolutely disgusting place.
