Every time I go they are out of sandwich products. They do not build the sandwich the same as most other locations. I imagine they are trying to save money.

The staff didn't know how to make a Shbway Club. The place was dirty, the 2 staff I saw were more interested in gossiping.
Great experience. Staff was polite.

Wow, this Subway has really stepped it up lately. The place is way cleaner, the staff seem happier, and you can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. My order’s always made fresh and just the way I like it, and the service is super friendly and quick.
Big shoutout to the staff you can tell they actually care about the place and the customers. Definitely my go-to Subway now. 👍
I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while, and the difference since the new manager took over is incredible! The restaurant feels cleaner, fresher, and more welcoming than ever. You can tell the team is motivated and well-trained—the service is quick, friendly, and consistent every time.
The food is always prepared with care, and the ingredients look and taste fresher than they used to. It really feels like the new manager has raised the bar on quality and customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers’ experience.
Huge shoutout to the new leadership here—this location has gone from “just another sandwich shop” to one of the best spots in town for a quick, delicious meal. Keep up the amazing work! 👏
Subway Valleyview isn’t a sandwich shop — it’s a full-on survival nightmare. The place is so short-staffed it feels like the employees are in a real-life escape room with no instructions. The new staff clearly have no training, no clue, and no backup. Watching them work is like watching a slow-motion disaster — except we’re all trapped in it.
The management here? Nonexistent. They’re either too busy ignoring problems or pretending everything is fine while the chaos unfolds. No support, no planning, just endless stress for employees and endless waiting for customers. It feels less like a business and more like an experiment in how badly things can go wrong.
Service is slow. Orders are mixed up. The place is messy. Staff are exhausted and stressed. And the whole thing runs like a badly directed reality show where no one knows their role. Subway Valleyview isn’t making subs — they’re making frustration.
Most stale soup I’ve ever had in my life, tasted like it sat there for at least a week and was served with a cardboard spoon. Hand dryer did not work and no paper towel offered in restroom. Do not recommend eating at this location, even though there is barely anywhere else to eat in this village

Hard bun, stale tortilla, broken oven, out of several items, quite a few flies, no toilet paper, hand dryer broken, difficulty communicating our order and had to keep repeating, even the cookie tasted stale. Bathroom was clean despite no paper and staff had good mood even though they seemed very distracted.

OMG, I don’t know if the worker knows what his doing. I’ve been buying the sub here in the past 10 years. This is the first time couldn’t even eat the sandwich. He toasted the sandwich including the vegetables oh wooowwww can’t believe it.

Staffing is terrible. Been twice within the past month for lunch and there’s only been one staff member working. There were 8 people ahead of me and by the time I got my meal at least 12 people had walked in and promptly walked out with and additions 8 people in line. Even if staff are super efficient this is not an appropriate way to treat them or the customers.
This place is an absolute rip off!. I ordered a salad and they only gave me half a bowl! I asked for more salad and more vegetables to which only a couple pieces of salad were added. When I asked to fill up the bowl as thats what im paying for, I was ignored. They were out of alot of ingredients and there were alot of ingredients that were mixed with others. Ex pieces of peppers in the onions. The worst subway in alberta for sure

Wasn't able to order at the drive through because of the accent, lack of listening skills, and rudeness.
She left in the middle of the order and came back asking the questions I just answered
