The waiting time is ridiculous, it’s a lunch rush and there’s 1 employee working. You think you’d strategize your employees a little better. If I’m going to be paying $15 for a sub Atleast make it worth $15. If I knew I was going to wait 30 minutes for subway, I would’ve gone to an actual sit down.

Ive never seen service this bad in my life. Came in on the dinner rush last night. Spent about 30 mins in a line up of maybe 6-7 ppl. The cashier was being so unhelpful to the other worker and was definitely stoned out of his mind. No sense of order here, more training is required for sure.

Very disappointed. Ordered two 6”subs and they were so small! Bun was no bigger than a hot dog bun. Added guacamole and got a tablespoon. Mentioned that I should get more seeing I pay extra and she totally ignored me. Won’t be stopping in there anymore.

They didn't give you much of anything or they gave way to much as in sauce put way to much on my dads sub but gave me barely any lettuce and to ask 3 times for it .. but that's not really the problem i got my sub toasted and didn't no sauce on my sub but not even 2 minutes later when I got in my seat to drive home with my dad I started eating my sub and it's soggy and wet bread and doughy the bacon isn't even cooked either ..

Employee had no concept of safe food handling. Watched employee make a sandwich, run the till, answer the phone, make another sandwich without changing their gloves once.
No bag, napkins or the little paper liner provided. Just a raw dog sandwich, with dried out bread and dirty fingers

As a regular customer, I find Subway to be a reliable choice for a quick, fresh meal. I love being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I want it, with a great selection of breads, proteins, and veggies. The ingredients always seem fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient.
