Stopped here for a quick lunch. Not feeling the hottest so just chicken noodle soup. Service was prompt but confused me a little. The lady came to the till and greeted me, I ordered a small chicken noodle soup and then was told to go to the other end of the counter, ok. I walked about halfway down and told her I only want soup and nothing else. She motioned for me to come to the very end and then asked me “what would you like.” I mean I understand they have the order here at the end for the sandwiches but honestly I’m already not feeling very well. I didn’t see the point in making me walk to the other end especially since she was the one who greeted me at the till to begin with

5 Stars for the cleanest subway ever. I visited here on my way. It was my best decision to stop here for break. Didn’t got veggie patty, would really recommend to have some for vegetarian customers. Can’t review twice so putting my latest review here ?Last Monday, I went to Subway Valleyview and to my disgust, they don't have my favorite pepper jack cheese AGAIN. Actually, only one kind of cheese was left on display.No drinks to choose from cause their fridge is totally wiped out--like NO DRINKS at all! They took out the fountain drink machine and didn't even have bottled drinks available. What a great restaurant. Very well stocked.But I am not surprised because as I'm scrolling through previous reviews, the problem they have right now is still the same.Why have a drive thru option when nobody will respond?! The staff on duty made the customers wait for more than 15-20 minutes before their orders were taken. What the heck?Also, that indian guy was very rude. I was about to order but he didn't even look at me and proceeded to walk away using his cellphone and yapping away with his airpod on his ear. I had to wait a few more minutes before someone finally took my order.To the owner, might as well close down for good if this is how you run your business.So disappointing!Old review:It has been frustrating and a big disappointment that this branch of Subway is always out of stock! How come every time I visit to order my favorite subs and rice bowls, there's always something missing? Either they're out of cheese, vegetable or deli. Always with the excuse of "we're out of that today". Why say "today" when I've gone there for 3 consecutive days and they say the same thing. It's not just this week or last week, it's been like this for months!!! Why say you're serving the full variety of fresh foods when you're exactly doing the opposite, it's always limited. Please, that's not how you do business. Subway is one of my go-to places when I stay in Valleyview so I hope the owner or management will do something about this recurring issue.

Had to unexpectedly feed 10 people asked how long for 9 subs 3 different kinds. Was told it was just lunch so we are out of bread ? Yup went to the local pizza place.

Stood at the counter and waited. Dude in the back looking at some papers, looks up at me, then back to his papers. Another minute goes by, looks at me again, then back to his papers. I turned to walk out and then he figures maybe he'd best address the customer. See you later bud, plenty of other places to grab a sandwich in Valleyview.
