Wow this place left us all speechless in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the interior is super cozy with beautiful memorabilia hanging on ceilings, walls, cool clocks, etc! The vibes are immaculate!
The food was absolutely delicious, all of us savoured EVERY bite. Authentic German cuisine.
The staff are also super friendly, attentive, and kind. They have a guestbook to sign which was super cool.
100% would recommend this place, truly a hidden gem!

Fantastic little cozy restaurant in uptown Valleyview! Great food and friendly service.
We had the Ehmantaler schnitzel, crab cakes, perogies and the plate of assorted sausages, meats and bread. As well as the bread pudding and apple strudel for dessert. All of which was absolutely delicious.
Will definitely come again!

The meal was a delicious home cooked meal. The owner/server was super friendly, and we learned a bit of Valleyview history from him ?. Treated ourselves to some apple strudel... oh my goodness ?

This is a hidden gem. The atmosphere was outstanding - tea pots, beer steins, everywhere you looked there was something interesting. Then the service was outstanding. Husband provided the service with a great attitude and sense of humor. Actually interested in who we are. And his wife does the cooking. All home cooked meals. I've not had better. They actually talked to us at the end to make sure everything was good. And it was. The value for the generous portions is also note worthy. Stop and see them. You won't be disappointed.

I haven't eaten anywhere else in Valleyview, but I would bet that this is the best restaurant in town.The service was warm and hospitable, the food was good, I would certainly come back for more.I stopped in mid-week for supper, there were two other tables occupied, and I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
