This has always been a great stop to get café.The staff are very friendly and that's one reason its busy. Clean and very nice surroundings.Lots of parking even if you have a holiday trailer

Walked out again, always 10 people in line and one person on the til, 10-12 customers through the drive thru for every one customer served at the counter. Each person served inside takes about 5-8 minutes. Terrible customer service

Compared to my three local Tim Hortons. This one is amazing they always have whatever is advertised on the menu actually avaliable. My local ones have to do check and never seem to have any of the treats or even the sandwiches. So this one absolutely amazing!

I think this location suffers from being short staffed often. Very nice and friendly but check your order for accuracy and be prepared to wait... we had to 30 minutes for an order I placed 10 minutes before we got there

Just stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick bite, and im still raving about the experience! The donut display case was like a symphony, perpectly arranged. Those glazed donuts looked especially irresistible. Service was friendly and fast, as always. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee and donut... to brighten up your day! 5 stars

I recently stopped by the Tim Hortons in Valleyview, Alberta, and ordered the Cilantro Veggie Lime Wrap. As a vegetarian, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to find out after taking a bite that I had been given a non-vegetarian wrap instead.
This was extremely upsetting—not just because I couldn’t eat it, but because it goes against my dietary choices and personal beliefs. I was travelling to Edmonton at the time and unfortunately couldn’t turn back or return the item.
Mistakes like these are not just inconvenient—they’re hurtful to people who choose their meals based on religious, ethical, or personal reasons. I sincerely hope the staff at this location take more care in verifying orders, especially when it comes to dietary preferences. Accuracy and attention to detail matter
