I stopped at Tim Hortons Valleyview around 5pm. I had my great experience here. Huge shout out to the team at the drive thru! They were very fast and handled a long line with a positive attitude, making it a very great experience and my food served hot & fresh and packed perfectly. It’s a great spot for a fast meal. Definitely worth the stop. This store is highly recommended! 👍🏻

Went through the drive thru at about 2:15 pm on Wednesday the 17th and received a bagel that had a fly baked into it… absolutely disgusting and unacceptable
This by far is the best timmies place to visit. The staff make you feel like they've known you for years. The atmosphere is amazing, especially the seating area feels and looks cozy. Washrooms are very clean. They also never disappoint on orders.

* Editing to add, her name is Nicole * I visited here on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. I went through the drive through around 8:40-8:45am. I ordered a coffee, and when I got to the window there was a lady named Nicole. She handed me the debit machine and I said no, I’m gonna give you cash first and then use up a gift card I had. She slammed the debit machine down and said “Oh my GOD.” Then proceeded to curse at the monitor while rolling her eyes. She roughly handed me my coffee and just said “you can have it”. I asked for her manager, and said she was being very rude and she REFUSED to get her. Argued with me for 3 minutes straight and told me I can come into the store. I said no, get your manager. I have a special needs child in the car, and it’s very difficult getting them in and out when it’s not needed. Then she told me to pay first, meanwhile she told me to take it? So I said I’ll pay when your manager comes. She finally did and her manager refused to give her name, and while I was talking to the manager the employee was yapping off behind her. I said I was calling corporate and she told me she won’t give her name. Her name is on her name tag, and I’ve WORKED at time Hortons. You have a name tag for this exact reason. Disgusting behaviour.

Very Poor Service. Steeped tea is not being made properly. I got cold and stale tea for the past 3 days continously. I am a truck driver and I have to stop here for tea every day not by choice but because i don't have any other option on my route. I would hope that the owner or the manager see this review and bring it to the attention of the employees. So that the service gets better and people get a fresh cup of tea or coffee for a change which they pay for with their hard earned money.
