Horrible experience today, for starters, we stood in line for more than 10 minutes before even being asked what we wanted, and there was no lineup. we ordered two drinks, a cookie, a donut, a 12 grain with butter, aswell as a plain bagel with butter. One of the drinks after paying being told they didn't have it and if we wanted something else we would have to refund the whole transaction. The other drink we horribly mixed together and was nowhere near what I ordered. We also did not get the right bagels as well.

Drive through staff never greet their customers with manners. Food thrown together poorly.It really seems like a majority of people who work here are miserable and really don’t care about their jobs the customers.
I am not a Fan. Donuts are not good, although perhaps I am spoiled by crooked creek donuts. I avoid tim Hortons.

Would have been v 5 stars if one of the workers (male wearing a face mask) buddies didn’t come in and instead of moving the line (line was out the doors) he stood there yapping with his buddy at the till making it one line up.
