It is a great old time drive thru burger joint. Had a cheese burger and fries! Both were excellent, reminded me of the Dairy Corner in Olds that I used to go to all the time as a kid.

I love trying these little mom & pop burger stands in all the different cities & towns. Most communities have them.

As I had already eaten, we decided to just get milkshakes. I regret to say, this milkshake was kind of a let-down. I ordered the pineapple… and the flavour was barely noticeable. It was more like a vanilla shake with an extremely subtle trace of pineapple. Certainly no chunks.

Overall, a very mediocre experience.

First off straight to the point.... Place looks like a run down shack, but the food is really good I had a mushroom cheese burger and was very much impressed by how good it was, now the prices are very reasonable not the expensive compared to other fast food restaurants, however the building could use some updating... I noticed that one kid was looking at my pin... Bring cash probably

The food is always excellent. Loved this place since I was a kid. However... what broke my heart was hearing an older lady yelling at the girls. Both windows had customers, and a gentleman out front. She just yelled at the girls. The young girl taking our order had to ask us to repeat things a couple times because she was so loud. Shame on you for creating a disrespectful environment for your team and the customers.

I called in 20 minutes before and when I got there I got cold food and had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Another time I ordered a salad and it had the container had water in the bottom! The Shari didn't make it the way I asked.

The food is amazing, the staff is not the friendliest but to be fair, they are running their tails off! It's not pretty to look at, but like all hole in the wall tiny places on the side of the highway, the food makes up for it. Great selection on the menu, the milk shakes are made with fresh fruit, and it's easily accessible. For us, it's worth the 30 min drive for a great meal!

Shame on us for not yrying this place sooner..
The shakes are thick and tasty.. they use real plastic straws that won't collapse under the extreme pressure required!
The thin patties are well seasoned and a nice menard crust added to the taste. NICE brioche buns and fresh tomatoe onion and lettuce. The burgers are carefully assembled and nicely wrapped. The onion rings and fries were standard.
Staff were polite and all smiles.
We will go back very soon to try some of the other menu offerings.

So helloooooooo. First big ride of the season. April 27, 2024. My destination from Calgary was specifically to come to Vauxhall and try this place. I read a lot of the reviews and for the most part I felt this would be worth the ride.I got the loaded double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of fries. Was like 13 bucks. I ride for ice cream and burgers quite a bit. I find the pricing reasonable. I don't see why folks are complaining about it being expensive. It is pretty ball park average. The burger itself looked like something thrown together at a back yard BBQ, which from a burger shack point of view is fine with me. It just made me think it would have been better with a beer. The burger itself was quite good. I agree with some of the other posters about it being a little dry. I think that has to do more with how thin the patties are. Easy to over cook a bit. None the less, it was seasoned well and hit the spot. I found the fries to be excellent. They are the straight cut shoestring style and were salted perfectly. Here again though, I have to agree with some of the posters, portion size was a little light. I think about 7 more fries would have done the trick.Unfortunately the weather sucked. It was pretty windy and I had to sit out back at one of the picnic tables in the on again off again drizzle. So due to that I elected to not get one of the raved about milkshakes. So I will have to ride down again on a nicer day and try out the shakes.Overall it was worth the trek down to try out this place. It was about what I expected it would be. I have no qualms about coming here again.

The food is okay, it's just so expensive here, your waiting for your food for a while, it's just not the same as it use to be.
