Kids menu claim to have apple slices, and they consistently serve fries instead. Change the menu & have price reflect pls!

First time going to this A&W I went thru the drive thru and asked for no lettuce on my burger which when I got it was not removed. When leaving drive thru I said thank you and the young guy responded by looking at me and then continuing socializing with his co worker which I believe was rude. Then when I opened the bag I noticed that the chipotle sauce I was given was less then half of the container and when I went back in to get one that was decently filled the young guy charged me 50 cents. Food was ok but service was garbage and when customers are paying $18 meals you can at least fill the sauce containers.

I think this is becoming a new expectation of A&W were they pre-cook your chicken wraps and then reheat them. I have no problem waiting 5 minutes for them to cook them so that they're fresh because of this I will never come back to this A&W again and it's sad because they've lost a customer who likes to buy this every few days. The place in Sherwood Park they always cook it fresh I can't stand restaurants that go cheap just to save a couple of minutes just to save a couple of minutes they ruin a perfectly good meal. I always ask for no less extra Chipotle but the chicken itself is dry and not fresh at all.

This place is a nightmare. We ordered two burgers and fries. The fries were cold and the burgers were so bad that they had to be thrown away. I can still taste the putrid meat this morning from the one bite I took before I realized how bad they were. I opened my car door this morning And this rotten smell still lingers. This place used to be great but after the renovation it went straight down hill.
