Politely returned 2 Teen burgers, barely warm. The lettuce was white thick stalk. The young teen server was polite and very nice, immediately said he would get 2 fresh burgers. The new burgers were slightly better in temperature, the lettuce Green. The burgers were grilled the 1st and 2nd time long before we arrived. The best thing about this experience was the server. Not stopping here again ever.

Yes used coupons and saved 50% . Taste is very good. Hot and fresh.

Kids menu claim to have apple slices, and they consistently serve fries instead. Change the menu & have price reflect pls!

First time going to this A&W I went thru the drive thru and asked for no lettuce on my burger which when I got it was not removed. When leaving drive thru I said thank you and the young guy responded by looking at me and then continuing socializing with his co worker which I believe was rude. Then when I opened the bag I noticed that the chipotle sauce I was given was less then half of the container and when I went back in to get one that was decently filled the young guy charged me 50 cents. Food was ok but service was garbage and when customers are paying $18 meals you can at least fill the sauce containers.
