Once again disappointed withBP. Take out order must of sat under the heat lamp for a while. Wings where under cooked. Fettuccine was dry .

Spent 3 weeks going to this place spending 200-300 a night on dinners last experience was so horrible that I will never go back again service was terrible and the waitress insulted my wife and I to the point I will never eat here again

The Manager by the name Angela of this restaurant treated me very badly i will never set foot on this location again. I ordered a large tropical chicken pizza on Halloween and they gave me the wrong pizza which had lots of bacon which i don't eat, I realized that when i was back home in Edmonton and called right away so i called asking for a refund or any way to make me whole. So she called me back after a day and apologized for the mix up and i later learned that the pizza belonged to another customer who more likely got my pizza. She told me on phone she will sent me a gift card to make me whole so i expected a gift card i could use at any Boston pizza but i received a letter from her saying i could have a large pizza only at Vegreville location, so she lied to me thats not a gift card and given that i live that far why would she even expect me to drive over 100km for a pizza. So i took a photo of the letter on my phone because i had no idea when i will be back to that location. Last week i was on a work trip so i was able to go there and i showed the Server Gentleman the letter on my phone which he agreed and assured me i will get my pizza. A few minutes later Angela come furiously demanding the original letter she sent to me but i told her i only have the digital photo on my phone which she admitted she wrote to me so i asked her whats the problem if you are sure its you who wrote it. She threatened that she was not gona give me my pizza and walked away angrily her reasoning was how do i know you wont use the digital copy of my later again, so she didnt care about getting me the wrong pizza, to her i was a criminal trying to dupe her of pizzas i was not customer any more and she was playing the proactive cop. Is it because i am a black that you treated me like a criminal Angela, you hurt me and your previous apology wasn’t sincere. I have records to prove i am good customer i also pay good tip, i have all my Boston pizza receipts to prove i was a good customer

Environment was great with families having a good time. Food was served quickly after placing order and taste great. Fries was so so though but the gravy came with it was delicious. Maybe the best I have ever had. Almost wanted to order some to go LoL. Our server was excellent. Friendly enough to check us frequently but also kept distance.

In an oilfield town with hundreds and hundreds of people working staying in hotels and there's no delivery. Very sad to say the least

Ordered lasagna to go and had to wait 35 minutes for the order to be ready, and when we brought it home the container was only 2/3 full...phoned Manger on duty at the Vegreville branch and she did not seem to care...have never had such disgusting service, unacceptable quality or quantity of product from any other Boston Pizza franchise

Alexis M was amazing. We showed up on fathers day not even thinking about the timing and the day and it was packed! She was on point and was so great with the kids. We would absolutely go back purely for her service.
Also, that chicken club I got was pure deliciousness, it was so much better than the shit here in Edmonton. Thank you for knowing how to cook and hire great servers!

Limited food due to kitchen problems. There was only 2 tables with customers and we sat there for 20 minutes without being acknowldged somu husband finally asked to get some service and the waitress came and couldnt care less so we got up and walked out. Will never go back!

Ordered take out because they were not delivering for some reason. Food was 20 minutes late. Got it back to our room. No dressing for the ceaser salad. No dipping sauces for my son’s chicken fingers. No sour cream for salsa for our nachos. No napkins or cutlery. Had to go back and get it so of course our food was cold by the time we were able to eat.

Update-received a response from the restaurant manager. Was told they were busy and short handed and that these things happen. No apology
