We stopped with large group to have ice-cream. Food was very fast, exactly as pictured and the staff was all very friendly. Will stop again next time in vegreville.

Vegreville DQ screws up every order. It doesn't matter if you order 1 thing or if you order a bunch of things. It WILL without fail be screwed up!! I ordered 2 small blizzards on my phone and apparently they couldn't find the receipt for it. I showed the lady my phone with the digital receipt and order number, she just looks at her screen clueless. She can't find the receipt and couldn't do anything cuz the manager was not there. Cuz when is the manager ever there?!! He's not!! Do not get DQ until they hire people that actually know how to do thier jobs. This is just one of the many many times they have messed up my order. Even if it was completely free at this point it would not be worth it. Shut this place down!!!!

The queen never let's you down and the employee's are applied and happy place is clean bathrooms are great considering it's winter and timing is almost no wait time ...good job guys keep it up

Ordered some flamethrower wraps in the drive thru, they got my order wrong and made ranch wraps. (Not a big deal mistakes happen and it can be hard to hear through the drive through speaker especially when windy) But I went back when I realized the order was wrong, and a big shout out to the supervisor on shift today, she was very friendly and had my order corrected and me on my way within 5 minutes, mind you in that time she not only had the kitchen remake and package my order she also scrolled through the past orders to see where the mistake happened probably in an effort to prevent similar mistakes from reoccurring! Great customer service and great food!
