Overall my order was gross. The pull apart cheese bread was not cooked all the way through and yet so greasy. The pizza was the new hand crafted crust with pepperoni. Would not recommend the hand crafted, it’s tough and chewy in a bad way and I found the topping scarce. The only okay thing about the order was the cookie. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson and need to stop making orders from the Pizza Hut location. Constantly a disappointment!

This guy can’t even understand you. I ordered a stuffed crust and he gave me thin crust. Absolutely terrible!!! Don’t go here. Oh and it takes forever to get ready, oh and they even charge you like $2 for ranch!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

They don't answer the phone, my pizza is 25 min past the estimated time by the app. When they come I'm not paying and never ordering again. I worked at pizza hut and this is so unprofessional

Some of the most ignorant and rude people I've ever met. I was planning on ordering pizza but was so disgusted by the staff I ended up walking out.
Avoid online ordering from Pizza Hut Vegreville at all costs. Not only won't your food arrive -- they'll still charge your credit card for it. This has now happened to me twice. The first time, two months ago, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figuring it was a computer glitch. Then it happened again, on Feb. 1. My $43 order was not delivered, and when I called the number listed for "Vegreville", the call was rerouted to Totonto, where a Third World "service representative" with very limited knowledge of English merely kept repeating "online mistake" ... with no further explanation. Never again.

This is the second time vegreville pizza hut has given a pizza with a miss match piece, last time it was a full on missing piece. When called the person said " we do it by slices so if it's to many we take one out." We made the mistake of trying them again in a moment of weakness and proved that we shouldn't have.

Ordered Pizza for supper and it simply wasn't delivered. The excuse was I had ordered for the wrong day, which I hadn't and have proof of. The second excuse was that their system was acting up and my order showed for the day before, again this doesn't make sense. Taking responsibility is that was required. Very disappointed with Vegreville Pizza Hut.

The pull apart bread soggy- greasy- paid online and the delivery man charged me saying it did not go through on my end it has. Not ordering again. Given 2 stars as the boneless bites werent completly terrible.
