I ordered 2 footlong which the deal was buy 1 and the second 50% off. When I went to pay they said it has to be ordered online to get the deal. I said that I would order it online then and was told I would have to wait a long time for it to go in the system. If you are going to offer deals then stipulate it has to be ordered online.As well one bun was correct and the other was white instead of Italian cheese and herb.

I went to the Subway and there were 3 people working behind the counter making sandwiches - must have been a phone order as I was the only one there. I walked up to the counter and stood there - no one said hi or acknowledged me.I waited a couple minutes and no one had even looked at me. I used the washroom and then came back out - again not even a hello so I left and went to the DQ.

It's 9:09 pm and this subway is closed. Went up to the door and the guy there looked around the corner and rudely said they were closed. Mean while there sign says open till 10 pm. The guy even has to look at the "hours sign" to lock up.... very disappointed as this is a work town and nothing is open past 10pm to eat.
