Did the drive through on our way into Edmonton, got on hwy 16, opened the bag only to discover we were missing over half of our meal! Called the Tim Hortons and was told that they would give us our order the next time we were in town! Ensure you check your order before leaving the window!

I went inside to order, I ordered 2 donuts and an iced cap, got them and left. I was already on my way home when I took out the donuts and one of them was missing a large piece. It looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. Very disappointed.

The worst drive thru AND in store wait times. Not sure if it’s an understaffing issue but I’ve backed out of the drive thru a couple times and carried on when I’m passing through. Very grateful I don’t live in veg and don’t have to use this location regularly.

They really need to clean up.
Even after I said something,
No apologies, and the attitude sucked.
Like, four to five flies were feasting in the cage.
I get that stuff happens, but you gotta know how to treat people and acknowledge what they're saying.

Let alone about the service.
Many people were having hardship to handle around 10 customers.
And if you ask, then you'll get an awesome attitude.

Went for a breakfast sandwich, the biscuit top was so hard I couldn't eat it the bottom was half soft, they mess up orders regularly I never try any new items because they're always gross at this location

Put sauce on your damn wraps and don’t you people know how to season food? All the breakfast wraps I got for the family were dry and bland. I can make food at home with much more flavor and half the cost which is why I don’t care to eat out in the first place. Also hire people who understand and can speak English so AI doesn’t have to take anymore jobs.
