Went through the drivethru this morning and the gentleman that helped me was so happy and cheerful it really made my morning. Normally you don't see such a smile at a drivethru. Very friendly will make my drive back to Edmonton that much nicer after this encounter I wish I caught his name

What is complicated about filling a coffee cup to the proper level? I just got hot coffee, all over my lap, and car seat, because the cup was too full. It's not rocket science folks. Quickly slopping the product in a container, isn't the answer either. Focus a bit on a repetitive action, will get it right.

We took a break here on the way to Edmonton. This location is good. Staff is cooperative. Food quality is also good. There was rush on the time of lunch. Public washroom facility is available. Parking facility is also available. Nice time i spent on the location.

Don’t go in store if you want any service. The employees do everything they can to avoid eye contact with you and leave you standing as long as possible even with a empty store

Had the drive thru window slammed on my face multiple times. Forgot to give me my soup I ordered, then asked if I wanted a straw to drink the soup with. Who drinks soup with a straw? iI asked if they had spoons and the employee said “maybe” and then slammed the drive thru window on my face and around 4 of them standing at the window all scattered off, so I had no choice but to drive off. Super rude and immature. Thanks for giving me a large ice cap when I ordered a medium tho🙄 also, the last few times I’ve gone, I see half the employees just standing around on their phones and only maybe 1 is actually working.
It's been happening more often then not lately but I feel like some employees arent taking the time to write down the proper order and when I get to the window my order is very wrong. I understand that there is a time window at the drive thru but it's not rocket science to take an order. If I did that at my job I'd be reprimanded.

Ordered a Americano coffee medium was charged for a large.. when I asked about it the server tuted and was quite rude no apology nothing but a funny look.. Not good enough!!!

They had nothing i wanted today, too late for breakfast items, and no chili or tea that i wanted :< luckily I was greeted with great service and a smile. The employee helping me had a good attitude and expressed understanding at my inconvenience, she was great and the food was AMAZING! I had a turkey bacon club and I don't think I've had a better one literally ever. Definitely my favorite Tim Hortons around and I love going here when I pass through :>
