Actually very surprised how far a&W has come, even though the app didn't work when the Jays won for the special we should have gotten, they fixed it right away and the manager there was very helpful, I believe her name was Michelle. Very good burger quality, and I love the atmosphere

Ordered lunch’s for two. I guess a cold mug for root beer was long gone from this location but I was surprised that they no longer have ice either? The root beer tasted like cola, a BIB mix up perhaps or old syrup but it was awful. It didn’t taste like root beer at all.I asked for a fork to eat my fries and gravy and they seemed annoyed. I guess I should have eaten that by hand.Overall this location was a disappointment
Lady through drive thru was very rude and abrupt also their coffee machine is apparently never working. Slow service was in the line for 25 minutes for ONE thing.

15 min ago , 1 orders chicken buddy . That guy punch chubby chicken cut my 9$ then cancel transaction. I again ordered chicken buddy and m go in the truck on highway. When open tan box i see egg bacon ? burger, feel very bad .
