I would avoid stopping at this Tim Hortons - we went in around 5:30, no body to be seen working behind the counter. Bathroom desperately needed to be attended to, especially considering they only have one working bathroom. Not the first time we’ve had an unfavourable experience here! Manager needs to tighten somethings up around there.

If I could give zero stars I would .always dry donuts.got 6 Boston's the other day had less them a bit of cream in each .these ppl don't like us hear and seem to do this deliberately ....worst place..same as the 2 fast foods next door all very dirty the yard out by garbages very dirty messy garbages all on ground .no respect for the locals ..not 1 local working In any of these stores why is that?? Worst service experience ever. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and got a bean burrito with a chicken nugget in it. It made me sick. This was surpassed by the slow, rude staff, who held my food, up, out the window, looking the other direction,talking to others, never even acknowledging I was there. Just bad.

We live in the area and after multiple bad experiences my husband and I said that we would no longer support this store. I was in a rush this morning and after 2 months I decided to try one more time. I ordered a bagel belt with bacon. It is madness to see what they pass off as food. My bagel was burnt on both sides, the egg was literally a quarter of the size of anywhere else, 2 pieces of freezing cold bacon and NOTHING ELSE! No tomato or lettuce. The best thing about my purchase was the bottle of water! NEVER AGAIN!!

This place does not care about walk in customers. I don't fit in the drive thru. I waited 20 minutes all while watching drive thru order after another go out. And nothing for the 3 people standing inside waiting for our breakfast. One fellow was just simply waiting for a muffin. He was there before me. Terrible place to stop. I didn't happen just one time. Has happened 3 separate times now. If you have lots of time then stop in for breakfast but if you want fast service don't stop here. Come on Tim's, get it together.

Very dirty place. Washrooms are disgusting. Toilets have barely had enough pressure to flush since new. The other washroom has been out of order since new. For a relatively new place it looks like it's been there for decades. Service is ridiculous. After you wait 20 minutes for your order it's a 50/50 chance it is correct. Tim Horton's have fallen since the immigrants started running them but this one is one of the worst.

Stale old bagels, 10 minutes just to get them. Unfortunately we were on our way back to BC and in a hurry so didn't have time to turn around. Definitely won't be visiting this location again!

I am a fan of Tim Horton’s Chilli and Bun. This was my second visit to the new Timmy’s. The first when it opened. The service was great. Everything was spotless. Tables clean and ready to sit down. This last visit on September 22, 2024 was a much unexpected change in the store. I ordered the chilli, the taste was bland. The chilli looked like it had been watered down with very little beef burger or other chilli ingredients. It was a tasteless brown watery broth. The other change was it was filthy. Garbage full, tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. The floor needed to be scrubbed. I think the Franchise folks need to do a visit to get this Timmy’s back on track. It’s in a great location.
