this place has disappointed me every time i have come. on top of that they had multiple flies in where the donuts were without a care in the world. this is unbelievable for such a highly held company. 0/10

Says it’s open but when I show up door is locked and drive thru is closed. What’s going on? Atleast 10 cars tried!!! Update ur hours please
Hours say open. It is 7am, but nobody is here. No crew. Nothing. Lots of customers waiting, but nobody working. Never heard of a tims being closed this late, especially not one at a truck stop. Their delivery truck even showed up, but nobody was working to receive it.

Worst service I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes, and both cups were only half filled (photo attached). When I pointed it out to the server, their response was, “This is our policy.” Paying full price for half a drink is absolutely unacceptable.
Not only does this feel like a scam, but the staff’s attitude was dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue. If this is really company policy, then it’s a terrible one — customers deserve to get what they pay for.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Well thing is that the guys are working there are very rude i don’t know what’s there problem I’m a customer and i ordered classic chicken wrap on 26August 2025 12:30pm and the guy who getting order didn’t ask for slow cooked chicken or a grilled chicken and i was forgot at that time than when they were making my wrap like after a minute of my order i ask him bro i wanna put slow cooked chicken in my wrap because when i was ordering he didn’t ask which chicken i want and when i said that the guy said it was your job to check the screen not ours like he confront me in a very rude way. It was theres job to ask the customer not the customer so that’s the thing. But really you guys need to do better. I asked politely to add slow cooked chicken
