I have been here a dozen times and every time they mess up my order.This time I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I basically got a cheese sandwich. They also messed up my drink. I would understand if it was busy but I was the only one in the drive thru.

The same people own Tim’s KFC & Burger King. All three have horrible service. I live close by so it could be convenient but every time I’ve been they either get my orders wrong or items missing from my order, and the wait times are unbelievable. Washrooms in the Tim’s are usually disgusting or out of order. Never to return.
