I went through the drive thru Friday Oct 31/25...I asked for only 2 of there delicious Teen Burgers, After I paid he said oh wait I have a coupon you can use next time Valid til Dec 25....My original bill was 17.99 for only 2 Teen Burgers, I look at the coupon and there was 4 advertisements 2/10.99 for Teen burgers! Why on earth would they not give that too me for that in this small community Unreal!! Ripped me off 7 dollars! Hope your feeling special about that, I dont eat fast food that often this makes me not want to deal at these places! Some kind of special your staff is!!

Hello a friend and I were at WENDY, Wainwright Alberta for lunch today. I ordered an CEASAR SALAD and asked for a cup of water. Nothing big but was told it would cost me 60 CENTS! What?. I HAVE ASKED FOR WATER AT OTHER PLACES AND NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR A GLASS OF WATER. NO DRINK FOR ME. I AM A SENIOR ON LIMITED INCOME. I don’t likeLOTS OF SALADA DRESSING but there was NOT ENOUGH SALAD DRESSING for my CEASOR SALAD. I went to the counter and asked for another package of SALAD DRESSING BUT AGAIN WAS TOLD THERE WAS A COST FOR A CEASOR PACKAGE. What again? Another cost to have a SMALL PACKAGE OF SALAD DRESSING. YIKES I was so disappointed with the cost of the above. I am a Senior on limited income. I will not return to WENDY’S WAINWRIGHT ALBERTA FOR ANY MEALS AGAIN. The name of the counter help was RAMAN. Hope things change for other customers but you have lost a good customer.

Prepare for drive in when you drive thru. This location is easily the worst offender for pulling you around for 1 combo and making you wait much longer then is necessary. I understand pulling around for multiple items or if there is a line but pulling people around when there is no one behind them or with 1 combo is a lazy way to reduce metrics and lowers overall customer experience.
The food was really good and the service was really great. The people in here are awesome!!

Next time i would love some chicken burger with my mayonaise. Lots of ketchup in the bag too but i dont drink that shit. Well, i wont anymore. And whats with the orange juice? Not just the taste but even the colour was off. I refrigerated it and it somehow got worse. Even the person i threw it at outside wasnt happy. And i wasnt very impressed with the fries but they were the most edible part of this meal🤢

Food tastes more real than a different burger joint, and the burgers aren't squished down.
I think the only complaint I've ever had with this place (and honestly all fast food joints in the last several years) is how cheap they're being with the condiments... if I ask for several ketchups, then throw a handful in the bag, please. When I only get one, it's annoying. Same goes for the napkins. Throw multiples in the bag.
Anyway, their sweet potato fries and sauce are delicious.
Also please start using REAL BUTTER! not that margarine crap for the Classic Breakfast (and other food items). Start deep frying in beef tallow again!
