Very disappointing experience. We waited a long time just to place our order. Both meals came out wrong; one was sent back and returned tasting terrible. Drinks arrived with the food, and service was so slow that I finished eating before my son’s meal arrived. When I asked for a replacement, it took forever—and then they tried to charge us for both meals. Won’t be back.

Dont know what i expected when ordering delivery. Missed items every time. Call the store to see if I could get my food and over an hour later still nothing. Went to store to only be told to wait to talk the manager. So glad I paid for delivery. This has to be the worst service I have received. Will not be giving my money to this establishment anymore.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for both family dinners and casual outings with friends. Definitely recommend visiting this location for great food and great service!

Service was not great. Bathrooms were disgusting, nachos were mainly just chips, burger was charred, the pasta dish tasted old and the bandara bread was not as good as other locations. This location needs to make some improvements and clean the bathrooms.
This was the 2nd time we have came in the last 2 week( me and my wife) we usually come later because that’s the only time we can have our nights out. The food was great but both times our server seemed intoxicated and the first time we came we watched her pour a white claw into her water bottle and thought she was leaving but no she was the manager and was there the whole time we were there she was sipping on her cup of liquor. I find that to be very unprofessional especially at a family restaurant I don’t think we will be returning

Service was horrible. Took a long time for server to take our order. It was not busy. Two of our table got good then 5 min later my husband and I received ours. Cutlery was dirty. Server dis not check on us. Asked for bill and took almost 10 min to receive

Service was way less than parr, and so cold in there that you needed a coat. The restrooms were disgusting. On a 1-10 scale they might hit 1.1, a lot of room for improvement. Would not recommend.
