This Domino’s is not loyal with customers in fact I had ordered few times before 12am and first time I got my delivery but late for 30minutes then, Dominos had refunded but, yesterday (23jan) I ordered one single pizza to get sooner, at the end I didn’t get any delivery till 1:25am, my order was received by Dominos 11:35pm…
I placed my order to be ready @7:45 I arrived @ 7:48 and my order was ready with a smile as I walked to the counter. I picked my order up went back to my truck and my lord first bite sent my taste buds into an absolute frenzy it was heaven to the buds yummy. It was hot and exactly what I had ordered. 5 out of 5 hands down. Thank you Domino’s keep up the great work
This location needs to hire some decent enough staff that are the very least professional with customer service experience. The owner of this location should be ashamed.
For starters, the person who took the phone order could barely understand what I was saying which was fusturating for both parties.
Then, I called to say that a mistake was made with my order. The staff who answered the phone argured with me saying I was the one that made the mistake. He refused to listen and REFUSED to try to find a solution.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING this dominos location
the quality of the food is exactly what would expect but the service is non existent! What a shame!
