I had a great experience at Edo Japan! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The teriyaki sauce was perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff was friendly and quick, making the service smooth even during busy hours. I also appreciated how clean and welcoming the restaurant felt. First time to this location and the chicken just had no flavour almost tasted as though it was expired chicken…. As for service no greeting when coming in and when going to the till they just looked over without saying anything. I had to ask if it was ok to order. I did get extra sauce though 👍🏼

The food was exactly what I expected from Edo, but the real shining star was the service. The person who helped us at the till was so amazing, friendly, patient, kind, and personable. I was really impressed, the people I was traveling with were also really impressed. Next time we are on a road trip that direction, we will stop there again.

This edo location was horrible ordered a sumo got the amount of a regular ask for 2 scopes of sauce they socked my food in it and only gave me a few vegetables under the meat. Dont come to this edo.

This is one of the most disappointing experiences that I have had at a restaurant. I went in to order some take out. It took a while for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. (Note: something of a wait is somewhat understandable as this was not close to one of the peak business times). When someone did acknowledge me, they went outside to grab someone else. Shortly after the original person returned, another individual came in from outside, no effort was made to clean their hands, and took my order. I was hopeful that someone else would be handling the food. I was wrong. The same individual, again without washing their hands, proceeded to prepare the food. This preparation included reaching into food containers with their ungloved, unwashed hands to grab food. When I saw that I called to them saying that I was good and would not be needing my order and left the restaurant. I sent this same information to the Edo Japan website and have not received a response.

Mistakenly ordered food here. They are 4 hours away from my location, and they didn't want to give me receipt. Called them twice,1st time, right after I put that order in, and they hung up on me. The second time I called, they said it was too late, and they were already making food. Told me to call customer service,first of all almost impossible to find on google customer service number. Edo Japan sucks! Won't order food from edo ever again in my life.

Don’t waste your time going here, it’s not even worth one star. Food is disgusting and portions are way too small yet the prices keep increasing. You also won’t get your order on time even if you order it hours in advance. Then you get their attitude on top of it, with no apologies. I hope they smarten up or close up shop. Will not be returning.
