Mistakenly ordered food here. They are 4 hours away from my location, and they didn't want to give me receipt. Called them twice,1st time, right after I put that order in, and they hung up on me. The second time I called, they said it was too late, and they were already making food. Told me to call customer service,first of all almost impossible to find on google customer service number. Edo Japan sucks! Won't order food from edo ever again in my life.

Don’t waste your time going here, it’s not even worth one star. Food is disgusting and portions are way too small yet the prices keep increasing. You also won’t get your order on time even if you order it hours in advance. Then you get their attitude on top of it, with no apologies. I hope they smarten up or close up shop. Will not be returning.

The kid portion was pathetic. There was barely any food in the dish, and for what you have to spend on that small amount is a rip off! And by reading other comments, this seems to be a trending issue. DO BETTER!!
Edo’s my fav! The full size was a VERY small portion! The container was maybe half full. About the childrens sized portion that other edo’s normally sell. 2 scoops.. my meal was swimming… sadly. Won’t be back to this location!

Great service. I always visit this store and there are same people working, i just love them. They are really polite with customers and the food was fantastic too.

The food is usually great here, but the service this time was infuriating. I was not listened to and two orders were completely wrong. When I phoned to discuss the issue, I was not listened to, I was talked over and I felt very disrespected. The employee up front stood in front of my order as three of my items were complete and waited until the fourth one was complete to even start dishing out sauce or closing them up. I hope the service and staff attitude improves else I won't be coming back.
