Asked for extra mayo for a zinger twister, got a plain one with nothing on it. Asked for gravy, had to walk back inside for gravy as they forgot it again. Drive through only to be asked to sit in the parking lot to wait on food. 20 minutes later I got my plain wrap, cold fries and no gravy. This place is tanking hard.

I tried to order on the app and it said my credit card was not confirmed so I assumed my order never went through, so I stopped and ordered then an hr later they called and said my order was ready. They put the order on a file so when I go back I can pick the order up. Through app obviously needs some work.
