Probably one of the worst McDonald’s on the planet, hours don’t match the app or the website. They close frequently due to short staff. Last 3 days I’ve tried using a code from the app and the people tell me it doesn’t work even when I show them the app with the code. I think they just don’t want to give me my rewards. Go anywhere else but here.

One of the worst customer service i have experienced if you are on truck better to avoid this location because According to there policy individuals who are coming by walk to drive thru will not get served. can someone tell them that how the heck should a person enter his truck in a drive thru?

So apparently truck drivers are a security threat according to the employee as if we can’t get our trucks in the drive thru, we can’t be served during night time. According to them its better for truckers to starve than being human for once and not being robots to these big MNC’s. Apart from one lady in night crew who was always happy to serve but i guess company didn’t like her so they changed her shift or worst. Nycc

Food quality is garbage at this location. Food is always so dark and store is dirty. Only thing going for their location is that they have great customer service very friendly and let's you know if and how long your going to be waiting.

Bigger orders are done fresh. Still came in a timely manner. The boys love a surprise in the field.
Every time I go thru their drive thru, they proceed to tell me to go wait in the parking lot,its policy. Even when no one else is in the drive thru. No other drive thru makes people do that. Its because the longer you sit at the window the more it messes up their time. In the perfect situation when bringing your food out they don't forget your dipping sauces or ketchup. But unfortunately that doesn't happen all that much. And yes I am well aware I could just avoid going.

This location of the business is having pathetic customer service. I need to repeat my order four time in drive through because the employee was busy in his important talk while taking my order. The delivery girl was rude chewing gum that shows their work ethics and hygiene. Totally disappointed from the poor performance of the employee from this location. I neither visit it again nor suggest anyone.
