As with all TH’s - I love it. The lady at the drive in was funny and loved our dog so much she offered a doggy treat…!!!! Such a kind girl. Thank you Tim’s…I’ll keep coming back.

It's a Canadian thing. Mine is French Vanilla others is double double. Just frustrating when my sugary machine drink is running low and they don't fill the machine and I start my day with a half cup of hot water.
1st world problems. There are worse things that can happen. The food though I feel dye to them rushing and trying to maintain that sane great customer service speed the food isn't often crafted well. Ie half burnt bagle with cream cheese smushed only on half. If it's burnt, please don't serve it, I'll wait. It's ok.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Jean from the Tim Hortons Wainwright branch! She’s always so friendly, polite, and welcoming every time we visit. You can truly see how much she loves her job always serving with a smile and making sure every customer feels valued.
The service is always quick and the coffee is perfect every time. Jean really makes the place feel warm and positive. Thank you for your kindness and great service, Jean! You make every visit to Tim Hortons such a pleasant experience. ☕❤️

This store is fine. It's just funny watching the Tim Hortons brand, shoot themselves in the foot all in the name of economics. McDonald's coffee is now way better than timmies. And now that they no longer cook their doughnuts in store, they cant even be classified as food, as they are now just blobs of garbage. They've driven people to looking elsewhere, not at the fault of the franchise operators.

Quick service, received order quick and good food. Only complaint is poor road access to store due to horrible road layout. Every time I have been in town I have had to wait just to get in and out of the parking lot due to traffic congestion.

Staffing is an issue; one worker for the front counter, and MANY workers running drive thru. The front needs efficient service! Cashier and a runner. Two tills should be ran more.
Rush hours exist. Plan for them.

By far the fastest tim hortons I've been to in all of alberta. Haven't had an issue yet and they always have espresso and dark roast.
